“I went to this UPS location to print off an obituary but after trying to print the obituary off from my cellphone it wasn’t working out in my favor. There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”
“This is the my favorite UPS store. The customer service is always above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and always so helpful. Whether it’s printing or shipping, they know their stuff and are willing to help and answer questions. They are well staffed so they can give customers the time attention if needed. They are fast and efficient and work well as a team.
I don’t live in the area anymore, but I always make the drive to get fast, friendly, and helpful assistance!”

“Super nice guy:) I wish I found out about this place when I first moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago, it is way easier than having to wait or worry about he post office or getting my packages at the leasing building due to them getting stolen at my building. He charges $3 a package to be sent out by UPS or for $10 a month you get a mailbox and unlimited packages to be sent, the only thing I got confused about was it's a 6-month minimum and you have to pay it upfront so $60 + show 2 forms of ID, SSI card not accepted. I showed him my ID and my lease. You can also get things sent to his email and he will print it for you and I believe they fax as well. They sell shipping essentials if needed AKA boxes and tape. Only open busines hrs during the Week- Not Open on Weekends!”

“I had a pretty pleasant experience where the lass had helped sort out my frustrations regarding: the shipping of my scooter out for repairs. I had a long day and she was very patient with me and tried everything in her power to help.
Whilst I could not ship it from the location not only due to the size but my manufacturer's mislabel of the shipping (as well as the scooter's manufacturer failing to provide me proper information), she took her time to sympathise with my case and had given me the information on how to get my scooter shipped out.
Overall, very neat customer service, she printed my shipping label out for me and gave me the information to get my manner of transport back in working order, eventually. The previous two locations weren't much help and a lot of misinformation were given, but she had cleared the air and made sure to find a solution for it.

“I arrived around 3:30 pm on a Sunday. This location closes at 4 pm. The lone employee, named Abhi, help me with two different returns and a package that needed to go with another carrier. He printed off the forms that I needed, and patiently made sure I had all my questions answered. This is my second experience with this UPS Store location and I have been impressed by their customer service on both occasions. Excellent work!”
