“This was hands-down the best post office experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, every employee had a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely wanted to help.
I was in a serious pinch—needing my passport in about a month—and they walked me through every step of the process, including expediting fees, required documents, and timelines. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable.
I had already been driving all over Kansas City trying to get this figured out. Earlier in the day, I went to the Monticello post office as a walk-in, but the gentleman there seemed unwilling to help and told me my only option was to go to Chicago to get my passport.
This location was the complete opposite—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough!”

Being a business owner for 17 years I understand you must cover expenses as a small business owner. Good service by the staff here and glad to pay for printing the labels.”

Though it can be a little intimidating because the parking lot is lit up but there’s no lit sign, so it may wear closed. It’s also set back off the highway.. not readily noticeable. The area seems safe. But if it was located any where else in town… ?Just keep an eye out and be aware of of what’s going on around you.But… if your a last minute shirt like me!!!Oh it’s a blessing!!!”

We called them and the man on the phone, I’m sorry I forgot your name, told us he would make a note AND send an email to the warehouse to flag it and return to their office. He called us today to tell them it rerouted back to them and that we could pick it up or he’d send it to the right address. What a beautiful soul!!!!”
