“Stopping at the post office is usually a chore on my list of things to get done, but I almost always leave this post office with a smile on my face. I have to drive out of my way a bit, since it’s off my usual commute a bit, but do as much as possible. There is usually not a long line, and the staff there is efficient and friendly. My favorite is the lady named Billie, with pretty purple tinted hair. She has always been very kind and patient with me, even when I am unsure of what I need or how best to do it. I appreciate this so much and will use this post office over others, whenever I can.”
“The employees at this UPS store are super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Today, I had to ship a large, heavy package and they walked me through everything. Earlier this year, I had a package shipped there and it was lost and they walked me through exactly what I needed to do, resulting it being found within a few days.”

“The two young men working this morning at the Corinth UPS store were patient, kind, and well trained. There was a long line but everyone, when it was their turn it was like they were the only one in the store. I think his name was Michael this morning but I’ve had the other employee also.
And because those young men are so kind and patient no one got cranky about having to wait.
There are lots of UPS stores, all those people in line I’m sure could go anywhere, but they waited in line here.”

When I say that was the most smoothest transition ever.”

This post office gets the job done for basic mailing needs. I appreciate that they have extended Saturday hours which is a real bonus for people who work during the week. The self-service kiosk is quick and easy to use when you just need to drop off a package or buy stamps. Convenient location in Overland Park and usually in and out pretty quickly during off-peak hours!”
