“I had no idea this store carries a wide selection of narrow shoes! I have been struggling for years to find sandals to stay on my narrow feet. Now, I finally have cute ones thanks to Marmi! I used to think this store was for older women, but that is not the case. They have very stylish options for all ages. I'm so happy to have discovered this gem of a store! Customer service is off the charts great. It's local too, so definitely support them : )”

“Great atmosphere. Low pressure. This is the only store I can shop in around St. Louis due to their selection of wide shoes. Customer service went the extra step to make me feel comfortable, point me in the right direction when I needed help, and made my feet feel better after I left. It's also just a great place to go in and try on some shoes!”

Go see her for your shoe needs!!!Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.”
“This Macy's is one of my favorites in the St.Louis area. The associates in the shoe department really go above and beyond to assist you. The could use a larger selection of last act in the big boys.....yes, I love a deal... They've recently added backstage and I love it. Would recommend it to the world. The fragrance department will have you spending all your money with their excellent customer service and smooth sales skills. I just love this particular location.”
