“I have only used this location for shipping so my review is going to be solely based on that. So, this location has a (self service) shipping kiosk which I absolutely love. Have you ever wanted to ship something out but there's a line longer than a CVS receipt and you're on a tight schedule? Yeah, me too. Well, the kiosk is perfect for those kind of customers. You already have everything taped up and ready to go, you just need a shipping label but there's a customer trying to get a passport, fill out a hold mail slip, and complain about getting her mail late simultaneously. Welp, with the kiosk you can bypass all of that. Print out your label, slap it on your parcel, and drop it off at the front counter or just slid it into the drop box right next to the kiosk (if it fits) and go about your day. This thing has saved me tons of time especially when I walk in and see 6 people in line and two clerks working the front.”

“I have recieved courteous & professional service from postal clerks, and on the other hand recieved service from rude, unprofessional clerks. This is the location assigned to my residence. So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...”
“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“I frequently need to go to the post office to send packages international, which is a bit of a convoluted and painstaking process, and the service at this office never ceases to impress! I have to drive double the length to get here compared to my local post office, and it is so worth the drive. The workers are congenial, helpful, and have never been in a bad mood when I've been there. 10/10 post office that gets things done quick and you leave without feeling like you've been there since 3am!”
“I don't live in this zip code but I utilize this branch frequently. I've never had any issues with shipping anything certified or priority. The ladies are usually kind and helpful. Hopefully it continues to be this way.”
“These folks have been extremely helpful on several occasions when I needed to track down an international package. They have contacted sorting facilities, checked personally with mail carriers, and actually called me back when they said they would. People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

“Richard, Pam, Marcus and others are fantastic. Sorry, but Im bad on names, would ment others if I could remember names.We have used this branch for our P.O. Box and local delivery for over 14 years. Although we have had major issues lately with an address change. These issues are due to the system over all.*** Richard just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to solve our forwarding mail issues.***Marcus has been a great local carrier and Pam is always very nice and helpful. Others have done a great job as well.The post office as a whole has had issues over the past 4 years, but these people have been outstanding. Give them a break when you see them, the job is NOT easy.I spent several years as a subcontractor for USPS, it's not easy keeping people happy. If you ship packages with FedX chances are you'll have problems compared to USPS. UPS is pretty good though, but not up to the quality of service as the USPS.Thank you for all your service!!! Cheryl and I really appreciate it!”

“I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. “The Associate who attended to me went above and beyond to help me get the best and cheapest mailing option to send a package to my nephew in the U.K. She explored different mailing methods and found that sending it as a Priority Mail - Flat Rate envelope was the best way to go. This proved to be much cheaper than sending it using my own box. She even gave me extra envelopes to take home for future use. I don't remember her name, but she is highly worthy of commendation!”
“Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”

That being said, this is an old building (cool in its own way) that needs work in the entranceway, and I've had mixed experiences but overall positive with the staff. Still bring all my packages here when I print and attach my own pre paid labels”

Devin, from another location, called Ms. Linda after hours and she answered and took the time to assist me with my issue. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which I truly appreciated. It says a lot about a location when the staff is willing to go above and beyond, even outside of normal business hours. Based on that experience alone, I’m very impressed.”
