“I recently visited the new Plaza Frontenac Talbots location, and while I want to start by saying the service continues to be absolutely top notch, I have to admit I was disappointed with the new storefront itself. The space feels very basic, and the clothing appears jammed together with little sense of flow or organization. Unfortunately, it lacks the elegance and refinement that Talbots is known for.
The previous downstairs location was truly beautiful—elegant, classy, and unmistakably Talbots. It felt timeless and offered a lovely, comfortable shopping experience that matched the brand’s identity. This new setup doesn’t provide that same feeling and, in my opinion, is not an improvement.
That said, I love Talbots and remain a loyal customer. The quality, style, and outstanding staff keep me coming back.”

“The first time I visited The Woke Brand, I had such an amazing experience! Keisha helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, full of personality, and really made me feel welcome. I love the whole concept of the store, it’s creative, vibrant, and has such great energy. The colors, the layout, and the overall vibe are just so positive and uplifting.
The second time I stopped by, I was looking for a particular dress I’d seen posted online, and Tez assisted me. He was awesome, very professional, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. Even though the dress wasn’t available yet, I came back a third time and had another great experience.
Each visit has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is consistent with their customer service, and the store atmosphere always leaves me in a good mood. I highly recommend The Woke Brand to anyone looking for unique styles, great service, and positive energy. I absolutely love this store!”

“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”
“I’m a huge supporter of small businesses and Cozy Shop is a prime example of small business done right. Every customer is greeted with a smile and a thank you, the surrounding area is positively magical, and I’m never disappointed in the unique treasures I can find there. I got my husband a Main Street Trolley sweatshirt there this year and it is his favorite thing to wear. Highly recommend!”

“Ok so my first visit was amazing it was just my son and I that went in. My son is special needs he is high functioning autistic and has adhd. He don’t warm up to people easy, however Christa and him just clicked she got him excited to help her help him find me uniforms they talked and laughed and she made it so stress free for me to get my uniforms (going to a store is never easy for me) He then met Jill and he liked her a lot too the three of them talked and joked while I tried things on. Christa and Jill are amazing to deal with It’s nice to have understanding and they were so compassionate and tried to take a little off me while I was shopping. Now my next visit neither of the girls were there when I came in with my son a lady named Lisa was she had absolutely no patience with my son what so ever she was rude and kept getting on to him and slightly raising her voice telling him he shouldn’t be doing that and all he was doing was looking at the scrubs to help me! She has no customer service skills what so ever, and needs to learn not to act like she is the mom to customers kids!! From Now on when I need something if I pull up and don’t see Christa or Jill I will not patronize the store any longer , seeing how my son was such an issue with Lisa and what’s crazy I was told she is the store manager I wld love to know how she got that job because it’s definitely not her social skills, personality, patience, or customer service”

I asked for her name specifically because she helped us find the deals however we were greeted by Sarah (I just made that name up) who gave us the run down on the background of the store and told us about the current promotions. It was a pleasant visit. Tyler was great too. Check the names. I know Shannon is correct but they all need their praise.”

“You can’t ask for a better, more personalized experience than what you’ll find at Happy Camper. The workers are always happy to see you and treat you like family. We needed a warm place to step into during an extremely cold weekend visiting Christmas Traditions and were welcomed with open arms. As we walked around we couldn’t help but smile at the adorable shirt designs, cute kitchen items, and magical children’s choices in this tiny little shop. We will definitely be going back!”

“Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”
