“Was driving from Florida to Colorado and stopped here on night two of the trip. I just needed something clean, safe, and pet friendly and I was super impressed with Stoney Creek. It gives more resort vibes than your typical interstate hotel and has a nice pond in the back (shared with Bass Pro Shops) that made for a beautiful walk in the morning. Service was friendly, room was clean, and free breakfast was pretty decent as well. We checked out the hot tub which was quite nice. We even received free drink tokens upon arrival (presumably because I signed up as a free member on their site). For the price, I can’t complain!”

“Our rooms were clean and everything was very modern and nice looking. I loved having a kitchenette. The full sized fridge was amazing for storing our travel foods and the freezer refroze our ice packs for our coolers. We were able to have a hot tea before bed to conclude a very long day. Service was good, pool and hot tub were large and functioning. I worked out in the gym and everything was clean and in working order. All in all, a great experience. Thank you.”

“On our way home from a long road trip from Tennessee, we stopped here halfway to get some rest with our puppy. After a terrible hotel experience a few days prior, we arrived feeling pretty anxious and on edge.

That anxiety disappeared quickly.

From check-in, the staff was kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. We let them know we had a puppy, and they placed us in a pet-designated room on the first floor, conveniently located near the back doors. That made taking our puppy outside easy and stress-free, without having to walk through the front lobby each time.

The room itself was a huge improvement. It smelled very clean, the sheets were clean and fresh, and the floor was fully tiled- which we really appreciated in case of puppy accidents (none happened, thankfully). Everything was properly stocked: toiletries, coffee, and all the basics you expect from a hotel room.

Despite staying on a holiday, there were cleaners and staff present throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and reassured. The room door had three locks, which was a big plus for safety. It was quiet, the shower was clean, water pressure was great, and the room size felt appropriate for the price.

There was an incidental fee, which didn’t bother us at all. It’s common practice, fully refundable, and understandable given how some guests treat hotel rooms.

Our puppy did great here too! The room temperature was comfortable, and there was enough space for him to stretch out a bit and settle in.

Overall, the staff was friendly and prompt, the room was clean and well maintained, and the experience was genuinely pleasant.

Is this a 5-star luxury hotel? No, and it doesn’t try to be. It delivers exactly what it advertises, which is a clean, affordable, pet-friendly place to rest. If you’re looking for a no-frills stay with good service, a clean room, and peace of mind, this place absolutely gets the job done.”

“We stayed in a suite and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was by the exit door so it was easy to get in and out. The location was close to two major highways. So easy to get around the city.”

“My wife and I attended our church anniversary banquet. The meeting space was nice and food was pretty good too.

We decided to stay overnight and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The room was a bit worn, but comfortable, and there were issues with the bathroom faucet. The good news is that there is a major renovation underway so things will be even nicer when it's completed.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.”

“A cheap motel in the outermost circle of hell. You get what you pay for, but if ya don't lock your car it may cost you much more! If your tags aren't good & don't like law enforcement id avoid coming and going from here often. They tend to camp at the entrance. Other than that if you keep your vehicle secure and don't bother the locals you'll be fine.”

“Great clean rooms! Love the front desk staff, they are very understanding. Come there almost every night with my children and always make me feel welcomed! Wish the internet worked better than it does but other than that everything is good. No bugs , no dirty linen. Comes with free breakfast but needs more options during that time I feel.”
