“Apart from VPS's being a bit on the priceier side, I have literally no compliant about their service. In the nearly 4 years I've had my VPS hosted by them my server has only experienced 2 outages, both of which were my fault. I trust their services and say the price is worth it.”

“Arrived, checked in and a customer was helped before me, who walked in after me. Was brought to the table and then told that I had to wait 10 minutes because my new phone was in a time released safe. I was told by the customer service representative that my phone would be ready in about 30 minutes. That was over an hour ago. The store was busy and they tended to me in a timely manner. Still wasn't the best first experience. Staff was friendly and overall a decent experience. Update to previous review. The manager apologized to me in regards to my Google review and said that they could do better. In t-mobile's defense I may have been being impatient and was a little too quick to judge the wait time. The service was great and I walked out of the store with a smile on my face after all.”

“I am genuinely confused as to why they don't have a higher rating. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful. Nick has been quick to respond to every email and call. I switched to fiber last month and Mike came and was very professional and really respectful of my space. I had some issues with my router (which was equipment I purchased no fault of KCFiber/liNKCity) I have needed them to come over a few times to help and everyone (Mike and Nick) has been helpful and never made me feel like I was a bother. I have spoken to 2 other people on the phone and they were friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the service I have, with the product and the business! Highly recommend.”

“Customer service is wonderful, on demand, cable service, and internet service but the prices are going have to some work especially. It totally change over the years. It did get more higher monthly where there no way people can afford. Remember you want to make your customers happy especially in prices and promotions. Tax them is not the way in these hard times. Question: is marketing, and why the prices higher. Totally recommend you have your rep. to talk to customers how to make things better. Wishing you all the best in the future.”
