“So my review is more for the customer service standpoint. We just started with them as they service our new address we are actively moving into. The sales rep who we purchased with at their 833 number was amazing! As well, Keisha in the call center in Up State New York also chefs kiss amazing and Saude in the repairs fantastic. Now the gentlemen that I didn’t get their names from 8/25 and 8/28 terrible. Gave me a bad taste in my mouth about this company. As I said this is new service. We are moving it’s stressful already. Don’t lie to your customers about scheduling their service start just to get them off the phone. I deal with hateful customers all day and I still remain professional and loyal to what I say I’m going to do.”

“My husband and I are 23 year customers of Verizon. We’ve had several issues with Verizon but the most recent was a humdinger!!! We went to the Verizon store at Ward Pkwy. and Tamia worked with us tirelessly, spoke to V Customer Service for quite a while and was VERY knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are Seniors and have no tech savvy. She resolved our issue when we had dealt with multiple people both online and in-store. She deserves, at the very least, a first class cruise or the equivalent thereof!!!

A young man, Seth waited on me and within minutes he began to answer my questions and explained to me what needed to be done. Seth was so professional and kind to show me how to correct my mistake.
