“Some of the best customer service I’ve come across! Both Tim in suits and Mo in men’s shoes are incredibly helpful employees who really take the time to ensure you’ll be happy with your purchase. I can’t speak for the women’s sections, but for getting dress clothes as a man, I strongly recommend coming here.”

“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

“Moderately price clothes and accessories I feel was geared to mostly woman and only those 50 years and younger of age. Brightly lit clean store. There we 18 people ahead in line. “Nordstrom Rack is a national retail chain known for its big named brands and low prices in comparison to other stores and it's parent store, Nordstrom. This location is easy to get to and has a ton of parking as it's in a strip center. Inside they are fully stocked on everything you'd need in a retail clothing store. The service here is phenomenal and there's tons of employees walking around trying to help. The dressing rooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms.”
“This is the kind of place I wish I had when I was growing up. A nice market on the corner that you can walk to to get lunch or just grab a snack. Right in the heart of New Town, literally right next to town hall. They have the essentials plus some local offerings and even some gluten free options.”

“Nordstrom is a national retail clothing chain known for its big brands, designer items, and customer service. This location is in the Galleria so it's easy to get to and parking is very easy. It's got its own entrance apart from the mall itself. They have a few floors full of product and staff here are so nice and helpful all the time. This is definitely one of the places you go to if you're trying to find new trends or those staple items you want to wear all the time or for a fancy event.”

“I signed up for the Mother’s Day event, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful person named Aija (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She invited me into the beautifully decorated room where the brunch was set up—it looked amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious!
I also entered the giveaway for a gift basket but didn’t think much of it at the time. During the event, Aija helped me design a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and we ended up having the most genuine and uplifting conversation. I truly felt a real connection.
To my surprise, I received a phone call today from Aija letting me know that I had won one of the gift baskets! I was so excited—especially since my Mother’s Day had been a bit overwhelming. That call truly brightened my day.
When I went to pick up the basket, I was once again greeted by friendly staff, and Aija personally presented it to me. We even took some pictures together. The entire experience made me feel so special, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

“Great products and store is well stocked. I like this Dollar Tree in particular because it's the only store that carries the miniature party forks and spoons and party glasses and dishes. “Placed a pick up order and they said my items were not in stock but when I went inside all of my items were stocked on the shelf. They wouldn't let me just pick them up. I had to return the full order and repurchase. Waste of time. The clerks were friendly and the store was clean, but next time I will not use order pick up.”

“Homegoods is one of my favorite stores. I live on the Illinois side and was glad to see they had a lot of different items. The store was incredibly cramped though and you couldn't get more than 1 cart through certain areas. The cashier was nice.”
“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”

“It’s Ross, it’s meant to be a bit hectic and unorganized. This location typically keeps everything very organized. It’s a smaller store, no electronic section really, small shoe selections for both male and female. Not a lot of clearance racks. Must have low staff because line is always long. But I always find at least SOMETHING when I go to this one. And for my tiny ladies out there, they have tons of double zero and xxs clothes!!! I my self am a large size. But a family member of mine struggles with finding small sized clothes, so I understand. They typically always have at least one dressing room open as well..”
