“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”

Everybody is really working hard here in a difficult time and a difficult environment, in which I think the St Peter's location is literally the best in the region!”

Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”

“I wish I had gotten the employee’s name, but I had an issue with a very important, time-sensitive package that was marked undeliverable because my name wasn’t yet associated with the mailbox since I had just moved in. The package was about to be returned to the sender, and I was extremely stressed.
The young woman who helped me truly went out of her way to fix the situation. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful, and she made a huge difference for me. I’m very grateful for her help and the effort she put in. Excellent customer service.”
