“Due to a weird glitch transferring over to Verizon from Straight Talk I spent about Eight hours in this store spread over three visits, and every single time Nathan was fantastic to work with. Nice as hell, down to earth guy, and he helped me every step of the way. Top-notch service from this gentleman and I highly recommend him to anyone who has issues with their Verizon devices. There may be things he can’t do in the store, but he will damn well get the issue fixed via many phone calls to support. 10/10 would recommend.”
