“This shop was hopping! They had a line to the door to check in as soon as they opened. The staff was calm and polite, gave as realistic estimate of wait time due to the number of us needing help, and did a good job with the repair.
I was impressed with the patient guidance they offered to the tech challenged who needed to be walked though the preparation of their devices before they could be left. Stressed out non-tech people are not having a good day, it was nice to see them given a little TLC.
My visit was the result of an insurance claim and I found the entire process to be painless. I hope I never need them again, but will definitely be back to this location if I do something awful to my device again.”

You gotta go see him on the second floor of Westroads by the GMC. So park in front of the Flagship Commons, And he will be the first one you see!!!”

“I’ve never had such a great experience at a phone company. I was so pleased with how we were treated here. Teressa helped us, and she was so amazing. She was kind and patient. We definitely took a long time to get things together, and she just smiled and assured us it was okay. She was there to help us. She explained our plans in detail. My son was having some issues with payment, and she came up with a solution. I wish there were more customer service representatives like her. I hope her pillow is always cold, and the sun always shines down on her. Thank you, AT&T and Teressa, for making sure we had an enjoyable experience.”

“Walmart declined my check and was unable to give me a reason why. So I came to EZ Money to cash it. I came 10 minutes before closing time and the woman working the counter took the time to verify my check, even though we had to make several phone calls because this check was hard to chase down for some reason. This employee (I wish I had gotten her name) worked hard to get it verified and even stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me get this very much needed $. They are a little pricey but definitely amazing customer service! Well worth the extra dollar when you are in a spot. I wish every worker, everywhere was as sweet and dedicated as this employee. Thank you!”

“Yesterday I had a chance to go to AT&T store,i had tried to reach customer care service but all was in vain.I went to AT&T store and met Daniel, he was so professional and displayed his skills in a professional manner.When i told him my problem he reassured me,and within less than 5 minutes he was done.
I recommend Daniel to be appraised by his employer, and consider giving him a token.He solved a problem for me that was giving me sleepless night within 5 minutes, that was amazing.

“Arielle really knows her job. She helped my friend from A to Z. Arielle was personable and over-the-top helpful. The person I took there is the senior citizen and Arielle understood the problems my friend had and she was very patient with her.She took her time, and explained every single thing she was doing, every step of the way.I've been with Cricket since they started in Omaha and Arielle is an example of why I've been a customer that long.Great customer service. “I went to this cell phone store last week to check out some new models, and overall it was a decent experience. The staff were friendly and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, which I appreciated. They answered most of my questions, though I had to ask a couple times for clarification on the plans.
