“I visit this location a lot and realized it deserves a review. Outstanding customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

They are all so friendly and Very good at what they do. Even though sometimes there are long lines, The employees always keep it moving at a fast pace, so you’re never waiting too long. “I arrived at exactly 5pm on the dot on 5/2/26. Matt was at the door. He saw me carrying a heavy box (dining table) to drop off with QR code. He was kind and let me return so that I won’t have to bring it back home. Another staff scanned and took my drop off in 30 seconds!!!

“I prefer this location over the downtown one on Main Street mostly because parking there can be such a hassle. This spot is much easier, especially with the Tano Mall lot right there.
The man who seems to be the owner is almost always there working and is consistently pleasant to interact with, which makes a difference.
Another small thing I appreciate is that they often open a little earlier than the posted hours, which makes it really convenient to stop in quickly in the morning.
Overall, just a more convenient and reliable experience than the other nearby option.”
