“Came across Qualified Hardware by accident, best find ever. Dealing with large commercial door hardware suppliers is a big cat and mouse game. The larger companies have lead times that completely stall projects in their tracks. Now that we use qualified hardware we have the same hardware within a few days. I recently worked with Joel, I asked for information on a concealed floor closer. All of our other suppliers gave us a 8-10 week lead time for the replacement arm we needed. Joel took all the information and jumped on it. Within 2 days we had the replacement arm.”

No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business.
