“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “My experience at this store in pompton plains was terrific Hank paid such detail to everything and got me set up with a good phone at a great price Andrew who looks like the store manager he was also terrific.. I had a problem with my debit card because I had to swipe it but they don't take swipe cards so Andrew will actually pay for it for me and I just went and got him the cash back I don't think any place would do that except for this please.. so five stars for Hank and Andrew I recommend going to the store absolutely”

“I had a serious issue with my phone. I was unable to use it since I locked it out attempting to lock down the Sim. I went into the Totowa store and was assisted by Dan Stevanovic. I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”
