“This year I have been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years. Yes 20 years. When this store opened close to my house I was very excited for the convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Not only were they very courteous and friendly but they were also very knowledgeable and if they didn't know the answer, they would get one.”

“I need to come on and share a quick story about how much associate Jovanni helped me. I got a new iPhone and transferred from ATT to Verizon-I was having such a hard time getting all of my info transferred over. Multiple calls to apple support, and att customer service left me so frustrated. I walked into the store one night, and Jovanni was the only one who figured out the problem. He was patient with me and even went to battle for me with a difficult ATT rep who was trying to make the process more difficult. That man knows what hes doing!”
“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”

“On or about September 29, 2025, I pre-ordered the I-phone 17 Pro. I met the area manager, Brian, as well Dylan and Cliff, on this day. The phone was anticipated to arrive in a week. It was delayed however.
Whenever I arrived, staff were extremely accommodating. I took my new IPad early and store manager, Cliff, was extremely knowledgeable when I had issues with cellular data setup prior to a trip on Amtrak.
I later returned to town to be told my phone had yet to arrive and met Andrea. Miss Andrea apologized and assisted me with a phone charger issue.
Upon arrival of my phone, Miss Renee was in training with Dylan, who for whatever reason became my favorite AT&T employee for his very calm demeanor. Dylan appears to try and problem solve all matters without asking for assistance and is proactive over an employee who’d prefer customers leave. The young man is extremely honest in a world full of liars.
Renee exudes a natural smiling energy that can’t be included in her training packet. I hope she goes far with the company without knowing much about her future work ethic. But I’m a fairly good judge of character. Keep up the great work team and everyone deserves a raise Mr. Brian. I’m very satisfied to choose this store over ones in other locations.”

“I recently went to this location and my phone was off because I couldn't afford my bill..But I was informed by Ariel and Krishna that I didn't use all the data that was in my plan so my bill could be drastically reduced...I was then told the credit from days I didn't use the data could be applied to my bill and it was paid for this month and my next due date was in a month.Their patience and kindness made my whole day better.”

“Always so clean and organized. The owners are very nice and will help you figure out what you need. Sell and apply screen covers for you. They have cases for any phone, most tablets and laptops. Carry all cables, chargers and accessories. Even had a carry case for my ipod pros, Best prices around.”

Goes beyond and at times takes on projects for new cellphone consumers accross the mall, because they lack the knowledge or skill. His products always work and I have never have been disappointed. “I recently visited this store to buy a new mobile, and the experience was fantastic. Minny was the salesperson who helped me, and she was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to explain all the available options and even told me about some special promotions going on. Thanks to Minny, I was able to get a free phone through one of their deals, which was such an awesome surprise. She made sure I understood everything about the plan and answered all of my questions patiently. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a very friendly atmosphere. Minny’s honesty and knowledge really made the whole process stress-free for me. I’m extremely happy with my new phone and the service I received.
