“This year I have been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years. Yes 20 years. When this store opened close to my house I was very excited for the convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Not only were they very courteous and friendly but they were also very knowledgeable and if they didn't know the answer, they would get one.”

The only thing I wish I was told (not sure if he knew or not) that my phone didn't come with a charger just the cord so I couldn't/can't use my new phone until I get my charger delivered. I hope it was unknown or just an oversight if not it would have been nice to know. Other then that I've always had a good experience here.”

“I visited several other locations recently and in the past. This location by far has the best customer service in the world!. A few days ago I had Mike who went far and beyond to meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable and was the most helpful representative out of all the TMobile stores I've visited. He had all the answers and advice I was seeking. I ended up wanting another item and was dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday at location closer to my house so today I went back to purchase that item at the Newcastle one again and was extremely pleased with Bill. He helped me in the most professional and caring way. I'm glad I came back to experience greatness again!.I would give this location a thousand stars if I could!.
