This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”

“My experience at this store in pompton plains was terrific Hank paid such detail to everything and got me set up with a good phone at a great price Andrew who looks like the store manager he was also terrific.. I had a problem with my debit card because I had to swipe it but they don't take swipe cards so Andrew will actually pay for it for me and I just went and got him the cash back I don't think any place would do that except for this please.. so five stars for Hank and Andrew I recommend going to the store absolutely”
