“Harry’s Plumbing to the RESCUE! In a frantic on the night of July 2, guest in my home and no hot water. OMG! I Called the local gas company. The only appointment was July 3 8pm- 11pm.,Whaaaaat! I Called my Home Warranty Company, Water heater company since the product warranty is good until 2025, and local plumbing companies. If I would have made a claim or had a licensed plumber come out it would have been $100 out the gate., pay for replacement part and wait for it to arrive. Then, depending on the actual service pay $250 an hour minimum. Sheeeeeesh, so with July 4th approaching, I would not have hot water until Friday if i’m lucky. So what did I do? I watched a few you-tube clips. Called Harry’s Plumbing. Rushed across town before he closed at 12 noon. I cannot thank that gentleman enough for saving the day. The part worked. Talk about excitement when that burner ignited. I will keep my 8-11pm appointment nonetheless and enjoy my 4th of July luxuriating in a hot bubble bath. (Smiles) and a huge Thank you!”
“I'm a service plumber. Sometimes customers call me to repair their appliances which I am not qualified for. I always refer them to johnny's and the customers tell me that it was a great experience As far as price and workmanship.”

(With apologies to "The Homecoming" [1971]) Yes. Don't give up on that vacuum cleaner that has suddenly stopped working. Take it to A.S. & V. They will fix it, fix it right (other shops are NOT as competent) and clean it before returning it to you, and at a fair price. Super friendly staff who will give you honest opinions about vacuums and sewing machines. If they can fix your machine, they will. If it is beyond hope, they will honestly tell you that it must be given the Gang Gong, and will give their best advice on quality replacements (They do not sell machines that are simply cheap. Their recommended machines have value, because they work well and are durable. In the end, that saves you time and frustration, as Mama Walton was experiencing.). Among the few brands that meet their vacuum all-star criteria are Reccar (made in USA! USA! USA!), Miele (top-rated by CR and the NY Times Wirecutter Section) and Simplicity. Small problems with A.S.& V. are the sketchy parking in Collingswood (They will tell you to park RIGHT at the corner on Collings, where it meets Haddon Ave. Do not worry; you won't get a ticket.) and that they still insist that you wear a mask inside the store; they will provide one if you forget yours. Please: No more machines tossed into the yard. Take your "broken" vacuum or sewing machine to Authorized Sew and Vac. They will heal it. Listen to John Boy. (And yes, my 18-year-old Kenmore now cleans twice as well as before bringing it to A.S.&V.)”
“I recently purchased a home and planned a kitchen redo immediately after closing. JR helped me when another store with luxury appliances delivered a range with a broken handle and lost my refrigerator. My new refrigerator is a gorgeous upgrade at comparable cost, available in 3 days, and fits in the same spot. “I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”
“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!”
“I went there today to get a certain tool. First saw a sales person and he directed me to another sales associate. A man wearing an Eagles Kelsey jersey. Forgot to get his name unfortunately.The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left.But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one.EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU.”

“So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it. “We went to buy a dryer and were helped by a very nice woman. She showed us all of the gas dryers, we chose one with delivery, and it'll be here tomorrow! Great service and great prices. I've shipped here before and I'll definitely go back when I buy my deep freezer. They have a 90 day warranty on which they'll come out and service or replace your appliance. Great store.”
