“My experience with Matt from Mattress Firm was a very good one. He helped us to pick out a bed we were buying from Bronx store that had to be delivered to my son’s home in Oklahoma. He made a great sale that delivery went very smoothly. My son loved the bed and is very happy with the service. Matt was a big help”
“Had a fun, exciting experience. It was my Third time buying a mattress in my lifetime. I normally buy Ashley mattresses or Sealy but this time I went with dream cloud hopefully it works out.”
“My father is the most annoying person in existence who is unhappy with every bed in existence. And yet, the agent Dioris Espinal was extremely patient with him and still took incredible amounts of time to help him find a bed that even my father would be happy with. If you have no idea where to begin with your bed journey, you’ll have a fantastic start here!”
“Please give Clinton from Bay Plaza a raise! He is truly one of the best sales rep I’ve ever experienced. He is professional and an amazing representative of R&F. I’ve furnished every part of my home and thanks to him, I’ll be coming back and recommending Bay Plaza R&F.”

“Overall pleasant experience. Raymond and manager Miguel were engaging and patient with my active kid. And gave her ice cream. They do have ice cream and coffee for customers.”
“Came to the store to shop for a sectional sofa and meet with Shernane who was very professional and attentive with me. Took the time to go over the models available and gave us her recommendations based on my needs. I recommend coming to Ashley’s and asking for her.”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. From my initial phone call prior to my visit, Arnaldo was very helpful and receptive. He suggested I go on their website and see if I can get approved for a line of credit to start off. I was approved in less than 2 minutes and then promptly paid a visit to his store - he was very attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly well coordinated. Every need was anticipated and accommodated before I had to ask, making the entire experience effortless and stress-free. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care were truly exceptional. It’s rare to receive service this personalized. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding experience. By the way, this is my 2nd purchase at this location within 6 years amd both experiences were positive. Today I was not only able to get a mattress for $0 down but with his help, I was able to get THE ONE I WANTED. You're an asset to your company, Arnaldo!”

“I have lived with Classic Sofas for a lifetime! My first was in my first studio apartment in NYC...where it was not only my sofa but my bed each night. Chosen for its incredible style but, kept for its comfort and well made structure...it was loved and eventually reupholstered when pets and kids and life had taken a toll on its beautiful fabric. It is still in use and beloved by its owner! And in a recent move I needed a sofa for another space. After searching and never finding the quality and comfort I was hoping for I went back to Classic Sofa and found (again!!!) the perfect sofa. When buying a sofa, quality of workmanship and fabric is so important...but, important too, at least for me, is no pressure sales and time to consider options before making a decision. In the sales process I experienced that understanding and patience. Choosing a quality sofa is a big and long-lasting decision. Blake was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and never pressuring me to decide. When the sofa was delivered the team was amazing. They communicated in all stages, handled the sofa with extreme care, ensured I was happy with the product and placement and left no trace of their visit behind! Needless to say I am a forever fan of Classic Sofa...from start to finish my experience has been only the BEST!”
“I ordered two Maxwell chairs back in January. Yes you have to be very patient with delivery. I think the original delivery estimate I was given was 8-14 weeks and they arrived in 19 weeks but I did read all the reviews before I ordered so I was prepared for delays. Now that they are here I am so happy with them as they are absolutely gorgeous in my room. One of the chairs had a small defect and customer service has been excellent resolving for me. I highly recommend ordering swatches first and I did also visit the Interior Define store in NYC which made me realize I wanted the chairs 18 inches high (and not the default 16 inches). Overall I am very happy with my purchase and giving 4 stars not 5 only because delivery took longer than estimated.”
“Victoria was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we made all the right choices. We were absolutely STUNNED to learn she was relatively new to the company. Victoria is destined to do great things! Keep it up!”

“I recently purchased a white fireplace from Barta Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Allan was extremely patient, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my preferences. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. The fireplace arrived exactly as it looked in the store, beautiful quality and exactly what I expected. The delivery process was smooth and professional as well. Overall, such a great experience with amazing customer service. “Well everyone experience is different my story was me and my wife went looking for a bed and a bed frame we went to his business B&M furniture we saw what we was kinda looking for so we bought it from him at first I was little skeptical about this place because usually those small business scam you out your money but he greeted us well and respectful he was showing us what beds he had and how much they were and we got one not too expensive and not too cheap it was just right for me and my wife so we purchased the bed and the bed frame from him on a Tuesday he said we was gonna get it on Wednesday so me and my wife waited to see if they were going to come but they never showed up I called once he picked up and said they were coming before 7pm but never did I called again and again and again they never answered so I was heated so I told my wife let's just wait until tomorrow which was on a Thursday and they actually called me and I was surprised because on the reviews I heard they don't call back and they take forever to deliver but for us only took a day for our bed to show it a king size and it's really beautiful and the bed is really comfortable I can't complain honestly me and my wife are happy customers usually those places like to scam people out of their money but he didn't we paid half then when they came with the bed and they build it for us we paid the rest and now we can sleep comfortably the only issue I had was they don't pick up their phone when a customer is calling they have to fix that asap because anyone can be mad thinking that they're things are gonna show up and it don't so please answer the people but other than that thank you for our bed we will enjoy it and that's my daughter by the way on the bed ?”

Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
