“I wanted to update my original review because I believe in giving credit when a company makes things right.

Initially, my experience with Mattress Firm was very frustrating. After my purchase, I had ongoing issues with the mattress, and getting the situation resolved was much more difficult than it should have been. I spent a lot of time making calls, following up, and eventually had to contact corporate and the Better Business Bureau before I got the attention the issue deserved. The process was stressful, time-consuming, and honestly a hassle.

That said, once corporate got involved, they kept their word. They approved the mattress exchange I had been requesting, and the new mattress has been a huge improvement. I’m very happy with it and have been sleeping much better.

While I still believe the process needs improvement because customers shouldn’t have to go through so many steps to resolve an issue, I also believe it’s important to acknowledge when a company follows through on its promises. They ultimately did the right thing, and I appreciate that.

I called on Friday with my concerns, was told to come in, and when I arrived he was ready for me.

The process was smooth, and pretty fun (I had my 8 yr old daughter and mom with me). Frank showed me mattresses based on my physical complaints and needs, and with different price points. He gave me tips on pillows, how the comfort can change with different mattresses, and the difference in female anatomy and how that makes our sleeping and pillow needs different.

I loved every minute of my visit. Got a great deal (didn't even realize there was a sale going on. Perfect timing), learned a lot, and will definitely come again.

“I ordered two Maxwell chairs back in January. Yes you have to be very patient with delivery. I think the original delivery estimate I was given was 8-14 weeks and they arrived in 19 weeks but I did read all the reviews before I ordered so I was prepared for delays. Now that they are here I am so happy with them as they are absolutely gorgeous in my room. One of the chairs had a small defect and customer service has been excellent resolving for me. I highly recommend ordering swatches first and I did also visit the Interior Define store in NYC which made me realize I wanted the chairs 18 inches high (and not the default 16 inches). Overall I am very happy with my purchase and giving 4 stars not 5 only because delivery took longer than estimated.”

“I have lived with Classic Sofas for a lifetime! My first was in my first studio apartment in NYC...where it was not only my sofa but my bed each night. Chosen for its incredible style but, kept for its comfort and well made structure...it was loved and eventually reupholstered when pets and kids and life had taken a toll on its beautiful fabric. It is still in use and beloved by its owner! And in a recent move I needed a sofa for another space. After searching and never finding the quality and comfort I was hoping for I went back to Classic Sofa and found (again!!!) the perfect sofa. When buying a sofa, quality of workmanship and fabric is so important...but, important too, at least for me, is no pressure sales and time to consider options before making a decision. In the sales process I experienced that understanding and patience. Choosing a quality sofa is a big and long-lasting decision. “Well everyone experience is different my story was me and my wife went looking for a bed and a bed frame we went to his business B&M furniture we saw what we was kinda looking for so we bought it from him at first I was little skeptical about this place because usually those small business scam you out your money but he greeted us well and respectful he was showing us what beds he had and how much they were and we got one not too expensive and not too cheap it was just right for me and my wife so we purchased the bed and the bed frame from him on a Tuesday he said we was gonna get it on Wednesday so me and my wife waited to see if they were going to come but they never showed up I called once he picked up and said they were coming before 7pm but never did I called again and again and again they never answered so I was heated so I told my wife let's just wait until tomorrow which was on a Thursday and they actually called me and I was surprised because on the reviews I heard they don't call back and they take forever to deliver but for us only took a day for our bed to show it a king size and it's really beautiful and the bed is really comfortable I can't complain honestly me and my wife are happy customers usually those places like to scam people out of their money but he didn't we paid half then when they came with the bed and they build it for us we paid the rest and now we can sleep comfortably the only issue I had was they don't pick up their phone when a customer is calling they have to fix that asap because anyone can be mad thinking that they're things are gonna show up and it don't so please answer the people but other than that thank you for our bed we will enjoy it and that's my daughter by the way on the bed ?”

With the second order, we did experience some delivery damage that resulted in a missing piece. However, 2K Furniture Designs LLC provided excellent customer service. Joe responded promptly and resolved the issue right away by shipping a replacement.
