I am back to edit my review. While the above is true, and the delivery was totally excellent, I was told that for a Black Friday special offer, I was receiving an adjustable base. I had a conversation with Raz about my captain’s bed with drawers that I cannot do without. She clearly told me that the legs of the adjustable base could be removed and the base placed on top of my captains bed. While it’s true that the legs of the base are removable (clearly just for purposes of packaging), the adjusting mechanism is underneath the frame and therefore it cannot be used on top of the captains bed. I am supposed to be getting back the extra $50 I paid to have the base set up during delivery, and could pay several hundreds for another adjustable base that would work, which I won’t do. I am happy with my mattress, but somehow it doesn’t seem right that I was offered a gift that couldn’t work for me.”

“Recently moved into a new apartment and needed to get a new mattress. Never had a Casper before so I wanted to try them out in person and really enjoyed my time there. Nadine was super helpful and provided great insight into what I was really looking for in a mattress. Didn’t feel pressured to buy right then and there which I appreciated since I hate when people push to hard just to get a sale locked in. Got a chance to try different options but the Casper Dream was my top choice. I needed it to come earlier and Nadine and Christine worked to get it delivered within my timeline. Raz help me find The right platform bedframe that could accommodate my size and well-being. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Great communication great customer service. I appreciate everything she’s done for me as far as getting me the bed frame. I definitely recommend her for all your betting inquiries And for great customer relations. Before purchasing, I wasn’t too sure On if I wanted to buy a mattress from Mattress firm, but after my encounter with I definitely made my purchase in a very good one at that Awesome deal.
