“They gave me a beautiful 2019 Buick Encore. It was hard to give this car back once my own car was back from the garage. This location was way more professional and considerate than the Schenectady location. I may have just happened upon non busy times though.The gentleman who assisted me during pickup and drop off was very polite and considerate of my time. There was an issue with the internet at the location the morning of pickup (which is how they process the rentals on their computer) and he was a quick thinker/problem solver. He was very efficient and straight to the point.”
