“I had to get an emergency, last minute walkup rental on a holiday weekend from Alamo because Avis Car Rental was giving me a rental with visible front end damage from an accident and they refused to change the vehicle for me even after speaking with the manager. So I cancelled that rental with Avis and went next door to Alamo Car Rental. Alamo was very understanding of my situation and got a vehicle for me. Alamo for the WIN. Thanks Alamo.”

“We used Cedar Bus Co for our wedding in Buffalo a few weeks ago. They were on time, easy to work with (Patty was great with communicating via email prior to the event), and even wait for guests at the church who were hanging around a bit longer”

“After the terrible experience at Hertz, our family trip was saved by Mark at Avis. 6 months in advance booking a vehicle that would fit our party of 6, did not help at Hertz when we were given a 5 seater with the check engine light on that wreaked of smoke and we were told it was literally the only vehicle they have (BUF Hertz location). However, after calling Avis and speaking with Mark, he was able to book us within the hour for an available 7 seater vehicle. He was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to our situation (we had small children in our party so it added to the stress needing a vehicle to fit us all). Without his help, we would have missed our pre-booked events we had to drive to and that didn't have a last-minute refund option. He also went above and beyond helping us to be able to drop the vehicle off at BUF airport instead of needing to drop in Orchard Park and take an Uber to BUF. Thank you so much Mark from our whole family!”

“Without spending an absolute fortune on a room that you're probably only going to be in for a few hours before your flight from buffalo airport, this hotel has just what you need. Comfortable beds, very clean, airport shuttle and a McDonalds just across the lot to grab your coffee. Just a note that renovations were being done at this time so no complimentary breakfast was available.”
“Dollar rental exceeded my expectations, the car was very clean and smelled good. It drove very well and was easy to navigate. Had nice amenities such as heated seats and a big camera and computer for navigation. Plenty of space for my luggage and children.
One problem was the speakers would randomly shut off when I would try to use different apps on my phone and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it unless I turn off the vehicle and reconnected. So that was disappointing.
Besides that, the vehicle and customer service was excellent”

“I have visited this location at Enterprise twice now each and every time I have received excellent customer service from Jazmine Jarrett, the Branch Manager. She always goes, and above and beyond to ensure her customers are taken care of with everything they need. As soon as you walk through the front door, she greets you with a smile and acknowledges you right away. After this, she gives all her customers excellent customer service. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and she genuinely wants to make sure her customers are taken care of. I highly recommend this location for any rental car needs anyone should have because of Jazmine!”
