“Marc was excellent, patient, hooked up all of our contacts, emails, etc. Paid off our Verizon phones & lowered our payments monthly with brand new Samsung s25s. I had what were probably stupid questions for him & he never made me feel that way, and did not rush anything. There were walk ins but he honored our appointment & took us when scheduled. We love the phones so far, & I texted him after we left with another goofy question & got a helpful reply minutes later. Very happy!”

John took care of me and was able to complete my changeover in an extremely timely fashion. He was very kind even for a more complicated deal so close to closing time. He dealt with all my insane questions and even stayed late after the store was supposed to close on a holiday to get my services going. He did not rush and even helped me set up certain options on the new phone, that I asked for help with.”
