“(This review is based on a non-appointment, walk-in visit that lasted 10 minutes.) Spacious parking lot. Greeted by associates upon entry, 4 associates available, and assistance offered immediately. My visit was to browse accessories so I declined assistance at that time. The store appeared clean and very organized. Back right corner of store has a small display of "clearance" shoes... signage states all shoes that are currently marked $39.99 and under in that area are now $15. However, many pairs were not clearly marked in price. No one came around to check-in to see if I needed assistance, but again, I wasnt in the store very long. Took a pair in question to the desk, as I needed price and different size. Friendly associate was very helpful, looked up price... which was - of course - priced just a couple dollars OVER the $39.99 threshold.... and my size was sold out. Associate asked if I would like to see other pairs in similar styles, but this was just a quick stop and I didn't have time. All in all, if they can keep on top of clear pricing on the items in that area of the store, they'd be a model shopping experience based on customer service, organization, appearance, and cleanliness.”

an out of town store. Even though it was not purchased from them, they examined the tux & are making necessary adjustments. They were incredibly helpful and professional”

“Long story short. My wedding is tomorrow and the place my fiancé rented his suit from gave 2 of them a backless vest and they are not wearing suit jackets. My finacé and his brother are 4x and 5x sizes. Not only did United mens have vests in their size but they had our color!! (Royal blue). Super friendly staff and amazing selection. I recommend them 150 million percent!!!!!!”

“Friend bought new sneakers from Hooks and the sales lady was just great with him. He was sorta indecisive and she tried on several sneakers before he found the perfect ones. Navy treed with orange stripes. He's gotten so many compliments on his new trendy sneakers .”
“The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. They were able to find the specific pant size I needed and offered multiple selections very quickly, and I was able to find, try on, and purchase a suitable pair of pants within 7 minutes.”
“Sarah was super helpful in finding things. I’m usually not one of those people that ask if there’s more stock in the back when I can’t find my size. But I did. And there wasn’t. It was a pair of shoes. She knew the manakin was wearing my size and took it apart to get me the shoes. I am not used to people going the extra step anymore. I appreciate her efforts! “Robyn, Jerrod and the entire Riverside team was excellent to work with getting suits for my wedding. Robyn called and individually scheduled fittings with all the groomsman, and the tailored suit came out looking perfect. Can’t beat the price for the quality, and I called around to numerous other stores comparing prices and materials”
“Today I went to the saf guard on Walden Ave in Buffalo ny. The man or should I say angel that helped me was Jim he was very helpful and kind. He should me how to use the new foot sizer and then explained to me what shoe or boot that was beat for my foot. I have literally no words for the kindness this man gave to me during my visit even though he had to go back a couple times to get a different size his goal to make sure I left happy with my shoes at my budget. This man needs a raise or even a promotion he needs to be recognized for the way he treats his customers. I will only come in when he is here. Bless you sir and many years to come.”

“Updated review 12/2021. After another 5 years of dance, we still shop at Bailey's for dance shoes. It's hard to buy tap, jazz or ballet shoes without trying them on for size and proper fit. On-line (Amazon or Discount dance) is ok for accessories and if you are sure of the fit of your clothing/ dance tights and leotards. For shoes specifically we don't think it wise to Internet order. Going into her 11th year of formal dance classes, my teen daughter was excited to get her first pointe ballet slippers. A true ballerina! She was a bitty 4 year old baby ballerina when she started. We shopped at Baileys earlier this week. The young lady who waited on us was helpful. She brought out several pairs of pointe ballet shoes (the kind that allows the ballerina to stand on her toes - ouch) for my daughter to try. Each one fit a bit differently. I hope my daughter will enjoy her new pointe shoes and find them comfortable. The shoes, plus inserts and ribbons all came to $143 approximately. Not cheap. Dance, like any sport, has related expenses.”
“Exactly the personalized experience you want from a store like this. I needed a suit. Clerk suggested sizes and fits, inquired about my color preferences, measured for my fit. Perfect!”
“Talk about a 5-star treatment. This isn't the kind of shop where you browse & choose shoes for yourself without any help from a store clerk until it's time to checkout or when you have to search high & low for someone to answer a question or check in the back for your size... I was greeted at the door, led to a chair, and spoiled, while Paul measured my feet, checked the stock for different sizes and styles, assisted me with trying on different shoes and kept track of my purchases while I browsed the store for more. Paul was so kind & professional. He listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions about where & why I'd be wearing my new shoes, and found me two sets of shoes made from high-quality leather that are made to last. This was my first visit to SAS shoes, but it certainly won't be my last. Like Paul says, "cheap things usually aren't made to last and things made to last usually aren't cheap!"”

They don't do military discount, aafes for me then, no tax.”

“Initially went in to get my MIL a pair of shoes & ended up with 2 pairs for myself also lol. The selection was awesome. The clearance section had a lot of good stuff to choose from. The associates were continually working throughout the store to make sure it was well kept. The line to checkout was long but it moved quickly. I’m definitely going to fly back in to shop here again, my local DSW doesn’t have the same availability & variety.”
