“I visited Suit Man for the first time this afternoon and have already told five other people about it. This was one of the best menswear buying experiences I've ever had. When I walked in, Jared came right over and greeted me - I told him what I needed in 2 separate men's button downs, and he provided tons of options and suggestions for styling the fit. It was such an awesome experience - thoughtful, high-touch, but not pushy or stuffy. Love this store, will be back, definitely go and experience it for yourself because you will be a believer once you walk out!”

“I personally would like to thank the Joseph Banks staff for being professional, courteous and prompt. I came in for an adjustment for a custom suit and the tailor (wish I recalled his name was great) as he kept it simple but detailed.
The sales person who led to me to the tailor was Kyle, and SHE was the BEST! From helping me with choices in CLEARANCE to the dressing rooms to checkout, Kyle was patient, helpful and has a great eye for an outfit. I highly recommend stopping by for all you're fashion needs!”

“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”
“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”
“Been going to Roberts for years. They have a nice selection of clothes and accessories that I need as a service contractor. Whether it be jeans, belts, jackets and so forth, the products are good quality and the personnel are very helpful in guiding you.”
“Can’t recommend Mary Anne’s enough for any Irish crafts or traditional in the NYC area. Earlier this summer, I was the Best Man of an upcoming wedding and looking for some wedding gifts. I called the store to double check on stock before making the trek from Brooklyn, and Mary Anne was kind enough to FaceTime with me and give me an impromptu stock tour to ensure she had what I was looking for.
When I came up the next day, I spent over an hour in the store as she helped me hand pick multiple personal and meaningful gifts, and engraved everything free of charge. Overall, it was the best hospitality and shopping experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for Irish gifts over the holidays, this is the place to go.”

“Rothman's is that store that magically has both (i) exactly what you were looking for, but weren't going to buy online because, you know, the good stuff often needs alterations, and you're the kind of person who tries things on and wants an honest take, and (ii) staff who can suggest new/different pieces to punch it up or round it out or add the perfect accent. Ken Giddon and the whole crew know their customers, their inventory, and what's coming in and out of fashion (and what's always in style, which is more my thing...). SUCH a pleasure to shop, to buy, to wear.”

There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything.
