They picked up an antique cabinet I purchased from a nearby store, dismantled it carefully, packaged it with care, and shipped it to me in a timely manner. Glass doors were involved and they arrived fully intact. Plus they saved me a few hundred dollars in shipping costs compared to the quote I got from the seller. Effective communication via email (my preference) as well. Much appreciated and would highly reccommend!”

“It was a great service. The woman there was reasonably fine, but the guy receiving packages aroind 4:00 PM was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Update (July, 2024): They have a awful communication among their organization.
Their Call Center told me that they were certain that at this location they could help me to copy some documents before sending them, and that the only location didn't have a way to assist with that were the ones inside another business.
So, I the first time I went just to waste my time. I had to go elsewhere for the copies, and come back later.”

It turned out it wasn’t the cable. Sales associate said it may be the video card. Since our computer is old we are now thinking of purchasing a new computer and will be buying it from this Staples because of the helpful sales associate.”
“The regular staff does a nice job. They are friendly and responsive. I get in and out, though sometimes there is a line but that might be due to people wanting to frequent the location. Where the P.O Boxes are located, just as you enter the building, is small but relatively clean and organized. This is the only post office use.”

He not only helped guide me through my passport renewal application, but also took extra time to take my photo for both my US passport and a Canadian citizenship application; each require different size guidelines.
