“Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Met my needs and provided me comfort style and security. Service was hassle free and quick. I went through my insurance, enterprise charged me twice besides for the initial down payment, and when I addressed it, they assured me that it was due to my insurance and as soon as my insurance responded to them, they released the funds Immediately. I mean, of course I had to wait a couple of days for the bank to release the funds, but that is to no fault of theirs. I will definitely always recommend Enterprise”

“Our car rental experience with Enterprise in Mineola was excellent. Customer service, professional, knowledgeable all top notch. We had to rent a full size suv and the representatives assisted in the inner measurements as we had to transport specific furniture to family. My husband did the driving and he really liked the feel of the vehicle. They even called to see how the ride is going. “It's a pain to get them on the phone but if you go there they will do everything to take care of you. They actually came to me with a car and paperwork because I just got out of hospital. They are the go to. Prices reasonable and nice cars.”
“Everyone’s experience is different. Mine was ok but just some things I didn’t like. Enterprise in general has a weird way of charging you things while your card is on file. So it’s not always clear what you’re being charged for. And you have to ask for a breakdown even after receiving a receipt.”

“I want to share my appreciation and give a high score to Budget Rent-A-Car. I recently rented a Yukon Denali, and the experience was excellent. The ride was smooth, and the convenience of having E-ZPass already installed made traveling much easier. Since the car was a 2025 model, it had the latest modern technology that was both easy to understand and use.
In addition, the service representative was polite, professional, and took the time to explain the features of the car clearly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Budget Rent-A-Car.”

“Fast assistance and up-grade due to rental class unavailable after reservation without further problems or issues. Another airline services ( SW ) service provided me with a particular car rental service at the NYC airport with a contract since August. upon arrival in NYC for Thanksgiving i attempted to retrieve the vehicle but the pick-up location was not correct, which left me stranded during the thanksgiving holiday at the airport until a family member arrived from long island. the following day after Thanksgiving Avis provided me a vehicle for the same rate senior and/ or AAA . Great Job !”
