“I have a friend who is involved in a Hit and Run situation. Unfortunately this was a rental from this branch. The accident occurred at 2pm and waited almost 3 hrs for police to arrive but nypd never arrived nor call back as of today writing this review.The friend called insurance company around 4pm and at 540pm arrived at the rental car because insurance company said to go back to rental car and return the car and get another one.The office wad already closed but Anthony came and heard my friend story saw the video of hit and run and worked after hours to ensure my friend had a working car instead of waiting until next day.This made a HUGE difference in my opinion. And it's because of people like ANTHONY that will want me to keep coming back to Enterprise for future rental.”

“I have been renting on a weekly basis from the Enterprise, Inwood Branch, for almost 3 years. The service has been impeccable. Headed by their hard working, courteous and dedicated Manager, Felicia (and prior to that, Melanie), the Team at Enterprise have been constantly on their game! Rarely is the wait time too long. Cars are available 90% of the time without too much delay. I've worked with numerous staff members at Enterprise but have enjoyed - more recently - working with Windell, Eric, Brendan and Carl, who all appear content and proficient in their roles - this attitude translates well in the care and courtesy they always show to the customer. I would highly recommend using this Enterprise for all your rental requirements.”

Only difference this time was the drivers insurance that hit me did not accommodate ent to Match the suv i currently own instead I was given a sedan (Corolla) never crossed that issue before but was no big deal only had the car a week so not a big complaint there but Kareem and Dana were great Kareem has good energy and was very informative on how to address any issues I had and Dana was fast and speedy on my return and made sure I got a ride to the auto body shop to pick up my car so awesome job guys and my deposit was refunded in 1 day so they don’t play with your money lol fast as they take it fast as they return it! GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!”

Another airline services ( SW ) service provided me with a particular car rental service at the NYC airport with a contract since August. upon arrival in NYC for Thanksgiving i attempted to retrieve the vehicle but the pick-up location was not correct, which left me stranded during the thanksgiving holiday at the airport until a family member arrived from long island. the following day after Thanksgiving Avis provided me a vehicle for the same rate senior and/ or AAA . “So I broke my car mirror, I'm good at that stuff and my friend suggested coming to Puma's autobody. I called them and they were very patient with me making a few phone calls to see if they had the car mirror ready. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly.The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury.If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!”
