I picked my boots up today and couldn’t be happier with the results - they were cleaned up, polished, sealed, and now they look brand new! Owner is personable and clearly cares about his craft. I like to see how they look etc. I called the Redwing store. In Westbury ny. On old country road. The sales Associate Sal. Was very nice on the phone. I asked him if he had the two sizes I was looking for. He said yes. So I went to the store. He welcomed me in and he showed me the boots. I said let’s do it. He measured me. And we came out with the 11. My left foot is a little longer. And the boot fit so well. I went out wearing them. I asked about the Care he knew what I needed. And I also said I own 1907 Moc toes.
He had the cleaner for that boot also. I give a 10 for professional service. A”
