She showed me the mattresses on sale and when I told her my concerns and budget, she showed me all the options (and thankfully there were plenty!). Irandel was very knowledgeable of the different kinds of mattresses, how springs affect support, explaining gel mattresses etc. She was personable from the start. Even if I asked the same question over and over again till I understood, she was patient and explained it till I got it. She interacted with me like a regular person and I enjoyed that the most. “1st, there are 3 locations, so I don't know which is involved as I ordered online. There, the ordering was easy, with the allowance of what the customer wants.
To their product: I've just ordered a small bookcase- my 3rd item ordered from them. While the prices seem a bit high (tho I could be mistaken), the quality of their work is 1st rate. Sturdy, well built, no surprises. Hence, my return for that 3rd item.
One can find cheaper products online elsewhere, but the quality will be just that in most instances (based on a small experience) - cheaper.
I'll return again if & when the time or need comes.”
