I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. They checked for me, ordered what I needed, and promptly sent them to me the day I received it. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my new shoes.”

Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases!
