“Burner Hardware store in Burnt Hills. This nook of a store is actually large. The isles (see pics) are full and the merchandise new. All the cabinets, floor, counters and shelves are kept primo clean. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere but buying from a town shop, is always fun. When I encountered an issue the store manager stepped up immediately and resolved the issue completely. Customer service exists! “Dan and Ken at Winsupply are absolute LEGENDS. I walked in needing plumbing supplies and walked out feeling like I had just been personally guided through the gates of Valhalla by two men holding ProPress fittings.
These guys know everything. Pipe, fittings, valves, obscure parts nobody has seen since 1987, they will find it, explain it, and somehow have it on the counter before you finish describing the problem. Dan and Ken don’t “provide customer service.” They perform miracles with purchase orders.
If Winsupply ever builds a Mount Rushmore, Dan and Ken better be on it. Five stars is nowhere near enough. Give these men raises, a parade, and naming rights to the building.”

“This showroom had a lot of unique fixtures where I found a beatiful chandelier! Worked with Jordan and he really helped me out with knowing what size to get and then with the other lights i needed, he quickly flipped through a couple books and helped me find exatly what I was looking for. He gave me photo copies so that i could go home and think about which one would work the best. Very pleasant experience!”

“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! “Overall good experience shopping for my supplies when it pertains to my heating, central air conditioning & plumbing business out of Halfmoon. This location could do a better job at supplying Power Vented Water Heaters in both 40 gallon & 50 gallon capacities. Also get better at stocking correct sized fittings for copper pipe. Other than those two issues, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I receive a military discount which is greatly appreciated. God bless our armed forces!”
“I arrived at Lowe’s to pickup an online order that had been shipped from the manufacturer. As I was sitting in my car for curbside, an associate, Sierra, approached my car about my purchase. Despite measuring to ensure the items would fit in my vehicle; I had not anticipated they would arrive on a pallet - which would definitely not fit in my SUV.
Sierra introduced me to the manager on duty, Nicole, and these two kind staff members adjusted the paperwork in the system to have the items delivered to my home. They went above and beyond to assist me, with kindness, for which I am extremely grateful.
On the scheduled date, the pallet was delivered in the promised timeframe and the forklift driver was able to position the pallet exactly as requested.
Hats off to the outstanding customer service at the Lowe’s store in Glenville. I live a half hour drive away and there are numerous other Lowe’s stores much closer to my home; but you can’t put a price tag on OUTSTANDING customer service !!! Thanks to all who assisted me - I am now a loyal customer at the Glenville Lowe’s !!”
“I'm writing to acknowledge the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY Home Depot Garden Center Associate Dean. In my search for extra batteries for my battery powered mower, which were kind of outdated, but this store had them. The customer service associate paged for assistance in garden and Dean arrived promptly and greeted me and assisted with help in finding the price for the batteries, which of course were so old they weren't on file, so Assistant Manager Mark went into the system and was able to sell them as a clearance item. Dean came back to check on me and that is in my opinion EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and if there is an award for that it is well deserved to Dean, who in my opinion has a solid future with Home Depot, yes home office in Atlanta please take notice to the associates that keep a positive attitude, assist customers, maintain strong community values, and the integrity to go above and beyond.”

Not only did they listen and take the time to understand my circumstances & need,but they found the item I needed,helped me cash out right in the appliance dept. & then assisted me to my car & loaded my new freezer.
