“HI everyone. I bought a laptop at Manhattan location of PC. Richard but they gave me an open box computer by mistake so I brought it to kings highway location. When I walked into this store i didn't imagine that the costumer service from the workers was going to be that good but I was sorprised. David ,victor and Carlos helped me a lot with my computer, they even took the time to explain to me how to use it,they were also very patient and kind. I recomend everyone to come buy in this store.”

“Had an amazing experience at this location. Russel worked with us in not only finding what we wanted but helping set up delivery and warranty. He had to deal with my parents whom had quite conflicting ideas on what to buy and was super patient in my parent’s indecisiveness. It was generally super amazing how patient and calm he was even after printing the receipt and my parents had a change of mind on the warranty. He was able to rectify the problem and just was generally someone with super great spirits. He is very likable and easy to talk to and never made me feel bad for asking a lot of questions or my parents being really indecisive. If anyone is to go there I would definitely recommend asking for Russel.”

When I then had a small issue (my fault), I left him a message and he called me back promptly with the answer. Great customer service at a great price! “My 8 year old LG fridge recently died on a Thursday evening. I called Nowell early Friday. He is familiar with my kitchen as this was the 3rd time I've worked with him. He made a few recommendations as I had restrictions due to an existing cabinet for it. He understood the urgency as my food was all spoiling. He was able to locate the perfect unit and had it delivered Wednesday morning. It would have been Tuesday, but I changed my mind on the model. I had doubts about his advice to get a GE, but after reading reviews, they supported his recommendation. The delivery guys were great. They were constantly measuring, rather than trying to force the unit and ultimately had to take the doors off my old.unit and new unit. The new one got installed and they put it back together perfectly. I love it! Thanks again Nowell!”
