“My 8 year old LG fridge recently died on a Thursday evening. I called Nowell early Friday. He is familiar with my kitchen as this was the 3rd time I've worked with him. He made a few recommendations as I had restrictions due to an existing cabinet for it. He understood the urgency as my food was all spoiling. He was able to locate the perfect unit and had it delivered Wednesday morning. It would have been Tuesday, but I changed my mind on the model. I had doubts about his advice to get a GE, but after reading reviews, they supported his recommendation. The delivery guys were great. They were constantly measuring, rather than trying to force the unit and ultimately had to take the doors off my old.unit and new unit. The new one got installed and they put it back together perfectly. I love it! Thanks again Nowell!”
