Not only did he help me with my issues he gave me an amazing promotion for the iPad. We run into some issues but the General Manager Devon came and quickly found us a solution. The whole time I felt understood and my problem was being taken seriously with great care. Other locations never gave me this type of treatment. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. I was gonna to give up on T-mobile and go to a different carrier. Until, I walk in E.174St store in The Bronx. First of all it's very clean, shout out to the manger and staff there for keeping the store up. My experience was with Yali, I believe that's a part of her name. I'm an older man I'm not up on the new upgrade system.
She's took her time to explain to me what's was wrong with my phone and why I was getting extra charges and she's help with more space to my iCloud. I have the 14pro and basically

She's showed me my options. So with that's been said, I was coming into the store paying my last bill with T-mobile instead getting an upgrade to the 17ProMax.

He walked me through my options for upgrades and had corrected some misinformation I had received from another rep at another location. He was patient answering all of my questions until I was able to decide on an option that best suited my needs. He was masterful at navigating the high-volume in the store with grace and professionalism!
When I went home, I conjured up a few more questions and called back. Abraham was on his lunch break but I appreciated his prompt and courteous follow-up he extended to me . His attention felt above-and-beyond.

When I tell you I have never witnessed someone ask the sales rep “how do I turn my volume up” or someone actually go into a fit cause their bill is 50 cents higher, just props to the staff for keeping it professional and a big shoutout to one of the sales people I forgot his name but his facial expressions while being asked these incredibly ridiculous questions had me bursting out laughing. 10/10”
