“I needed a rental, and everyone on the team was right on into getting me into one! Evan and his team were willing to get me into a style of vehicle I needed right away and even transported me from the Carstar down the street to their building. The process of signing the papers and getting the keys was painless, and the car itself was a very nice ride. The only complaint I could muster was that the car was a little dirty on the inside, but the experience itself made up for it! Hopefully I never need a rental again under these circumstances, but if I did, I know who to look for!”

“I’ve never had a good experience with the service department. Every time I’ve taken my Lincoln in for any type of services there was a problem. For example from day one when I purchased the vehicle the back driver side tire would have low pressure. It would pop up on the dash gage indicating low tire pressure. I took it in 3 times for the same problem which I thought was ridiculous but, whom am I to say! Then I would have to fight to get a loner car to drive. Service people would say I’m sorry Mr. Saporito we don’t have a loner car for you. Well then I would have to sit there till my car was done. And I had other arrangements that particular day. Then the last time was a disaster when they deemed my car Undrivable there was a recall unbeknown to me I never got a notification in the mail or else where. But How long did it did I wait like the time when I dropped my car off at 9:30 my appointment was for 9:30. And I waited around till 2:30 when they finally gather up all the information they need to get me in to a rental car. Witch was a bunch of BS! Plus they had know technicians to diagnose what problem was. They sent it over to Ford store and it was hours before the had a specialist look at. In the mean time I had to take my pills because I have Parkinson’s plus I had to eat something with my pills and I walked to the corner Chinese restaurant to get some food to go with my pills. Because if I don’t eat I will get sick. But I do appreciate getting a rental car at around 3:30 to make my way home. If you would pass this on to John Cortese and he could respond to me as well because I don’t like pointing fingers.

“Had a great experience at enterprise on western henrietta last week. I had a few of my own issues , which created challenges getting a rental car. With the help and guidance from two very nice employees , Joe and Ryan. I was able to figure everything out and get out of there with a nice car for a good deal. I also ended up getting the insurance, which I normally wouldn't do.But after the way it was explained to me , I decided it was a great idea. Although I didn't need , it was well worth the peace of mind. Joe also referred me to the car sales department , and they reached out to get in contact with me. I actually got a car from them for a really good deal. Just wanted to say thank you for everything.”
“We had to make a last-minute change to our reservation (completely our fault - check your license expiration date, people!) while heading out of town. Even though we originally picked up the car and made the reservation at the airport, the Irondequoit branch was the closest option for us.

“As far as car rental places go this one is nicer than most. They have to and from shuttles divided by terminal and they run often. All rental agencies are at one place. It is a bit confusing returning cars as well as the tracks that destroy tires if you reverse trying to figure things out, hence the 4 stars not 5 but the staff was extremely helpful.”

“Prepaid for a rental but when arrived the vehicle requested was unavailable. Thankfully they upgraded us to an even better vehicle, but unfortunately the vehicle had not been cleaned properly and smelled like weed. Loved the car, disliked the weed smell.”
“I rent from this location frequently and always have a good experience. However, for each of the last 6 rentals over the last 8-10 months the tank was 3/4 full when I picked up the car. It happens so frequently that it seems intentional. Check the gauge before you leave and let them know if it's not full. Overall though I have a good experience here.”

“Picked up my rental today on crutches in Rochester Airport. The staff was excellent in helping me out. The customer service counter rep went above and beyond in walking to the garage and getting one of the car attendants to bring the car to the airport door so I wouldn't need to go far on the crutches. The car attendant was also great, showed me the various controls and their location on the brand new vehicle and generally was very pleasant and helpful in directing me to my destination, also. Hell, even the security folks at the airport were helpful and cheerful. Good stuff, for sure.”
