“TLDR: The vibes are immaculate, the classes are fun and it's worth the money.

Before visiting this studio, I was suspicious of the high ratings. After attending classes for a couple of months, the 5 star ratings are well-deserved.

What sets Vault apart?
Aside from the clean and beautiful building, the dedication and kindness of the instructors make Vault feel so special. All the instructors are fantastic, but I have to shout out Michelle who always gives a little extra to her classes.

I highly recommend Vault for people like me who need accountability to exercise regularly. I look forward to my Vault classes every week, especially when I'm having a bad day.”

“I dropped in twice here a few weeks ago while in town for work. If you’re looking for a place to drop in while in the area, go here! I had an awesome experience. Everyone from the athletes to the coaches were really nice and welcoming. Good programming, nice space with good quality equipment…Just all around a great spot to get a workout in. I’ll be dropping in again for sure if I’m in the area in the future.”

“I started my CrossFit journey at FCCF this past January. I’ve been loving it. The coaches are all very nice, knowledgeable, and really care about the members. It’s nice cause they scale the workouts that I can’t do yet. Everyone is supportive and welcoming. All the workouts push you and feel rewarding at the end. I always look forward to go to the gym. “Dropped in to do a workout with a friend of mine and found this gym to be a very community oriented place. Their workout was designed to be highly scalable to your individual needs and they offered several scaling options to choose from.The warmup was unique and kind of fun. We got in a circle and each person took a turn picking a warmup movement for everyone to complete. I would caution anyone reading against picking burpees or running...this resulted in a bit of groaning from the membership.Overall, would recommend this box for drop ins because they are prompt in replying to contacts, welcoming, and provide workouts that you can easily tailor to your level.”

“Beautiful park that is easy to access. It is a fairly easy hike. The trees and water are beautiful. Live to igloo made of branches.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome on leashes. I've met a lot of friendly dogs and their owners.”

“When my gym spontaneously closed, I genuinely believed I would never find a workout or gym climate I enjoyed that much ever again. After a month of sitting on the couch, I dragged my feet (kicking and screaming and whining) to Burn Pittsford and I've been hooked ever since. If my old gym reopened tomorrow, I would stay at Burn (sorry, old gym).The instructors are welcoming and encouraging, pushing me to go further and dig deeper. Despite being plagued with near constant illness this fall/winter, I've been excited to get on a routine and get to the gym whenever I am feeling well. it makes me happy to get up at 6am.I absolutely love Burn and appreciate the community greatly (even though I am not a high five kind of person lol). “I was in town visiting a friend and decided to stop by for a lift. This was hands down the coolest gym I’ve ever seen, and I was a D1 athlete at Penn State and have seen many world class gyms. The staff was extremely nice and so were the guests. They have every piece of equipment you could think of. I want to go back soon!”

“I began attending Wolf Brigade in July of 2022. Within the past six months, I’ve surmounted physical and mental challenges I previously thought to be unattainable.All of the trainers are intelligent, vigilant, and well informed people who provide excellent guidance and critique. The sense of community and friendship I’ve found within the others who attend the gym has been profound. Everyone is welcoming and kind.Class is well structured and militant- a challenge off the bat which becomes easier as time goes on. The trainers make sure you have all the tools you need, and peers help along the way as well.I’ve had serious shoulder dislocation injuries from snowboarding, and the trainers have adjusted the programming to fit my specific set of needs. So, don’t be deterred if you are physically limited in a similar respect, there are options and ways to rebuild old injuries and circumvent future ones.10/10, love it here, highly suggest at the very least giving it a shot.”

“I've been coming to M/Body for years, so I figured it's time for me to write a review! I can absolutely only say great things about this gym. They are SO welcoming and make everyone feel comfortable. The instructors are so kind and always willing to make adjustments based on fitness level or injury. My fitness ability has increased an infinite amount while coming here, and it's genuinely my happy place. There's always plenty of class types and times on the schedule. My personal favorites are strength fusion, TRX, and spinning. If you're looking for a neighborhood gym with a sense of community, definitely check it out!”

“Not bad overall. I used it for 4 months and had to cancel because I was moving. Cancellation was difficult in the sense I had to pay 100$ buyout. I didn’t feel good about that. It is in a mall. Lots of parking. Has variety of gym equipment. Lots of free weights. A little unclean and not enough ventilation. Not crowded though . Rarely have to wait in line for the equipment. Plenty of lockers. Lots of treadmills and climbers. The atmosphere is friendly. People are courteous.”
