“I was planning my husband's funeral and I went to Staples to have a poster made as well as have the programs printed. This was my first funeral and I was a ball of nerves and emotions. The woman whom must have been a manager walked me through the corrections so we thought and when I say she went above and beyond to assist me she did just that. She called me stating that order was ready for pick up and I share md with her that I noticed 2 things that needed to correcting she asked that I send the corrected program over and she will make sure it was ready before the funeral. Needless to say she got it done and they didnt charge me any extra. When I tell you that you if you need to utilize a printing services I recommend Staples in Greece. I give them a 10/ 10 for customer service and price.”

“I ship documents here pretty often. There was a decent line this AM and Jeremy was working alone, on the phone with a customer who seemed upset. He was doing a great job of keeping calm and trying to deescalate the phone conversation, while a line of mostly impatient people stood there sighing and rolling their eyes. When he was able to get back to serving the folks in store, he continued his calm, professional demeanor, even as more and more people continued to stream in. I appreciated his temperament and professionalism, and I hope whoever handles staffing for this location does right by their employees and gets enough hands on deck to serve the volume of customers.”

“Response to BrandiShe gets her mail 6 days a week, like everyone else. Her “issue” was with a non delivered parcel. Brandi just had surgery, so didn’t come outside. Carrier blew the horn, as dog was in yard. Do you see the sign in the window, would you get out?”
“This location is 100x better with the new postmaster. The last one was rude, had an attitude and hated doing her job. The bad reviews are because of her. All of the staff here are excellent and welcoming.”
“Park was on the streets or the side of the building. There was only one staff on the counter and she was great. She was super friendly and very helpful. We went into change address and get a PO Box and made it so easy.”

“In my opinion the Spencerport Post Office is top notch. When I go to the office I am always treated with courtesy. My rural carrier goes out of her way to do a great job. When I had a broken ankle she even offered to bring my mail to the door. That's SERVICE!!!
