“My experience at ATT on Ridge Road in Webster NY was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I arrived to the store less than 30 mins before closing, after my phone had fallen on a metal object and the screen shattered. The store manager Ivanka was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond/exceeded all possible expectations to help me. She was able to not only provide me with a new phone, but ensured that both myself and all of my family members had the best deal possible through ATT with regard to pricing, plans, service, insurance, and more. She helped me choose and set up my new device, up to and including a new screen protector and phone case. She also spent a great deal of time speaking with me, the online ATT support team, and both my husband and my mother on speaker phone (twice each) to ensure our plan was set up optimally and correctly. She ensured I knew exactly what to do for next steps and for billing, and set up follow-up plans in the future to make sure everything goes according to plan. At the end of the day she stayed 2.5 hours past store closing to provide my family and me with top-notch service. I cannot recommend Ivanka and this store enough!”

“I brought my phone in, and to my surprise, I was told it was only a battery issue. They did an amazing job, and it took about an hour! Communication was great! The only thing I would change is for them to have more batteries in stock. My phone was an older model, but not as old as some, and I had to wait 5 days for the battery to show up. They fixed my phone, so that's why I gave them 5 stars! It meant a big deal to me!”

“I was hesitant to go to Pittsford location after seeing the reviews but stopped in while running my errands in the area to go over my bill and worked with Ebony. Found out she just recently took over managing this location which makes sense because my experience did not match the reviews! She was amazing helped me lower my bill and sold me on a device. She even had a candy bowl which my son loved and kept him occupied while we worked on my account. Will definitely be going back to see Ebony for any future needs!”

“Wow! Steve, Tre and Gabriel are the best! We went for what should have been a simple transfer of a phone number from one carrier to AT&T, but it turned into almost a two hour situation due to errors on the other carrier’s end. Steve was so persistent and insistent that he get it straightened out for us as we had explained that the phone was for our dad and we needed to have the issue resolved today as both my brother and I live out of town. Steve had to talk to the other cell phone carrier, restart the process on his end about four different times. He could have very easily told us after the first try that there was nothing else he could do and try to upsell us; however, he stuck with it and got it fixed! While Steve was working diligently to get our problem resolved, Tre and Gabriel were very sociable and made the time go by quickly. At the end of our time there, the phone line had been successfully switched to AT&T. Steve even took the extra step of finding the best ringtone that our 83-year-old father would be able to hear! I was so impressed by the professionalism, calm demeanor and his willingness/diligence to solve the problem. I would highly recommend stopping by the Culver Ridge AT&T store and having Steve and his team help you out!”
