“Recently brought in a Nintendo switch with an unusual issue, that it charged normally but would only output video on some docks but not others. Since the system was out of warranty, I brought it to Genius Repair to assess what was going on. They ran multiple tests for about a week and kept me updated the entire time. While they unfortunately could not diagnose the problem, they went above and beyond with trying everything they could; even testing the switch on additional docks that they had requested from me mid-repair and giving thorough explanation about their process. All of this without any additional charge aside from the diagnostic fee.
