“My phone locked up this afternoon to the extent that I wasn’t unable to even turn it off. I went to the AT&T Store in the Beaver Creek Commons area of Apex,NC to get some assistance. Chris was kind enough to come over and within a minute had it back up running again. Great customer service and he got me out of a bind. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and taking the time to help me.”
