I am beyond impressed with how thorough she was. Their coats look incredible, feel so soft, and they smell absolutely amazing!

520 Moretz Road, BooneI’m so happy with the services provided for my Pomeranian. Today he received a much needed bath, nail trim, and full brush out. His coat feels so silky and they removed all of the tangles. I can tell you all took your time with him and did a solid job. He even had an adorable bandana put on him when I came to pick him up. My dog has separation issues but when I came to pick him up he seemed less worked up than when I have had to leave him other places. I 100% recommend Fletching Ridge for anyone looking to get your dog groomed. We will be returning next month. Thank you so much💜

2773 NC-105, BooneI always knew we had it good with AHOB, I just didn't know how good. We recently had to move out of the area and find a new vet. By comparison to what I'm seeing here, AHOB spoiled us. They did thorough exams, checked vaccines and kept great records. When we would walk in the front door, we were always greeted pleasantly and with smiles. We (myself, wife and nine pets over the years) never felt ignored or neglected.

They feature and support so many local businesses, bakers, farmers, and also artists. I usually do a gluten-free sandwich and my husband loves the falafel. They also have a good gluten free fried chicken and a great selection of drinks, too. The market is thoughtfully and sustainability curated. Staff is great and always friendly and quick service! We are HUGE fans!

9021 NC-105 S, BooneI noticed a place for billiards and grill while driving by on 105. I was hungry for lunch and decided to try it. They had a long eating counter and many seats. It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and it was delicious. The menu covered a wide range of lunch and dinner items. I highly recommend this place. I understand that their Friday fish dinners are fantastic and I plan to return there soon.

As a boba connoisseur, this might be some of the best I've ever had! The drinks had a great tea flavor. Highly recommend the banana milk tea (so creamy!) and the Emeralda. The boba pearls were soft and chewy. Service was great! Already planning our next visit!

174 Jefferson Road, BooneBefore I talk about the food, I need to point out thet Mike's has free and ample parking which is not the case in downtown Boone.
I'm always suspicious of seafood places well inland from the coast. The high google reviews got me to go and I am happy we did.
My wife had trout and she said it was the best trout she has ever eaten. Moist and not overly seasoned. I had the tempora fried shrimp and it melted in my mouth.
The onion rings were excellent and the onions did not pull out in the first bite.
We went on Sunday evening and the special is half price on the second entree. It's a basic restaurant and nothing fancy just excellent food and great service. The demigraphic was older folks that appreciate great food and value. I do not know if it was Mike that checked us out with the bill but he was was a happy guy and very friendly
My wife and I talked about how greay the food several days later.

312 Paws Way, BooneAfter losing our beloved Alchemy, we thought it was the right decision to add to our family. This facility is clean, very kind people and you can tell how much they care for every animal. I wish I got her name, she was nothing but sweet, loving and supportive. As I was walking in, a foster was dropping my babe off due to complications. By no fault of his own or the fosters he found himself back in the shelter, I was actually there to see another dog and absolutely fell in love with our good boy. He is doing amazing, integrated perfectly, spunky smart personality.. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a great outcome. Thank you for bringing light and craziness back into our home. Bud was never given a name from previous “owners.” We are happy to announce Bud is now Moose Eugene Hamilton, who loves to learn, lives for love, and gets the zoomies when he can’t place his happiness. Thank you to everyone involved including such a wonderful foster to give him a chance.
