“I think this location is great and I would recommend coming here. I just needed a iPhone car mount and they had the magic mount that I was looking for. There was some water on the floor from a leaking fridge system, but other than that the store seems clean. The customer service is good and checkout was easy. The only reason I have been hesitant to come here is because of not knowing where to park. However, there is a parking deck next door that has free parking for the first forty five minutes.”

“I had been a happy Cricket customer until ATT merger, when ATT destroyed 5 years worth of my info ( before tech routinely put everything on "the cloud". BUT Cricket kept its outstanding service, separate from ATT, and connectivity got even better (thanks to Matt which I hate but no longer has any hand in my actual phone and Cricket service). I had a first time bad ever experience at a different location (which is currently under reconfiguration).I am retired from 40 years career with a graduate degree and work that totally involved interaction with physicians, attorneys, community service planners, etc. In her area of expertise, Jailin Lisbeth is one of the most unknowledgeable professionals I have ever encountered. Her guidance as to what plan and phone would be best for my needs, combined with Cricket's continued technical excellence has me happier than I've ever been. I endured a miserable year battling with my Google Fi service, provided free by my son by adding me to his business account. Perhaps it's great for a million dollar assets company staffed by computer geniuses who trouble shoot the Google Fi horrors as easy as breathing. I prefer having few or NO TROUBLES TO SHOOT! Google Fi does whatever it wants, even when you're in the middle of an action and haven't hit any keys you haven't before. And you're left disabled to finish your task. My phone reception was so bad, if my calls weren't dropped the callers voice sounded like banjo picking, incomprehensible. Now I can go about my responsibilities free of rage meltdowns 3x/day.”

Another gamestop said that I can only exchange for a regular because they were out and cannot get store credit to order a different one online. They sent me to this location because they supposedly had the smash bros version in stock. They didn't but Mike was able to order one online to be mailed.”

“I called with a cassette deck problem, knowing that this is probably not an issue this shop would take on. Sure enough, the owner was quick to confirm that they no longer service cassette decks. However, he was obviously quite knowledgable about them and was willing to chat about the problem and confirm a few things about what was and wasn't likely to be the solution. Sorry he doesn't do this kind of thing anymore, but I appreciated the pleasant conversation and attempts to offer a least something over the phone. Five stars for the phone service.”

“This visit was a waste of time. I wished they had told me on the phone that I needed to order from Amazon. The salesperson attempted to help me, although he told me over and over that he didn't have a sim card tray. It pays to be careful with these phone as the person that helps you may take out your sim card tray un be knowing to the person.”

“The young man who helped us on Monday morning was amazing! My son asked him to price a bunch of different Pokémon items and he was incredibly kind to do so! He never once acted annoyed or irritated. This was so refreshing from what we often experience in retail. He also shared with us the coupons that were on our account (without my asking!) And he gave my son a promo card. He was such a wonderful professional that I would drive back to Durham just to go to this Game Stop and give him the business. I want the owners to know they found a jewel in this employee!! “I was shopping today at the target in North Hills and saw some olive colored chinos that I really liked. Unfortunately they did not have my size. I decided to come to this target which is much closer to my house and to my surprise I found my exact size! I appreciated that the clothing was organized and that I was able to find my size quickly. We clicked that we were in the drive up lane and our order was at our car in less than a minute. The young lady was very professional and friendly and placed our order in our trunk. I like the tech there, and how it's organized, and the staff is nice, but they're always busy on the weekends talking to customers which I understand, and respect. The Apple tech there looks new, and not broken. I never brought my tech there to get it fixed, but I hope they do good.”

“This is my favorite target!! It gets pretty crowded, but they always have what I need. Everything is neat and organized, and the groceries are pretty reasonably priced even though Target can be known for being on the more expensive side. I like that the self checkout is 10 items or less, it makes it go by much faster and is great for a quick trip in and out. I also use the drive up service all the time, which is super convenient. Also, it's in a great shopping center near Home Goods and Michael's and a few good food places. Great for a quick shopping day.”

“It's terrific that they have a smaller version of target for the college kids along the street of bars and restaurants. We found it super helpful as we were able to drop in here to get a cooler shirt to wear as you can really work up a sweat on a nice day strolling along these sidewalks. They have of course have TARHEELS merch. It did appear to be the only baby clothing inside the store and I was happy to find grandson something cooler to wear also. A nice addition to the area to supply basic needs.”
