“I had been a happy Cricket customer until ATT merger, when ATT destroyed 5 years worth of my info ( before tech routinely put everything on "the cloud". BUT Cricket kept its outstanding service, separate from ATT, and connectivity got even better (thanks to Matt which I hate but no longer has any hand in my actual phone and Cricket service). I had a first time bad ever experience at a different location (which is currently under reconfiguration).I am retired from 40 years career with a graduate degree and work that totally involved interaction with physicians, attorneys, community service planners, etc. In her area of expertise, Jailin Lisbeth is one of the most unknowledgeable professionals I have ever encountered. Her guidance as to what plan and phone would be best for my needs, combined with Cricket's continued technical excellence has me happier than I've ever been. I endured a miserable year battling with my Google Fi service, provided free by my son by adding me to his business account. Perhaps it's great for a million dollar assets company staffed by computer geniuses who trouble shoot the Google Fi horrors as easy as breathing. I prefer having few or NO TROUBLES TO SHOOT! Google Fi does whatever it wants, even when you're in the middle of an action and haven't hit any keys you haven't before. And you're left disabled to finish your task. My phone reception was so bad, if my calls weren't dropped the callers voice sounded like banjo picking, incomprehensible. Now I can go about my responsibilities free of rage meltdowns 3x/day.”

“Wonderful experience with Zack at geek squad today! He was able to look at problems with software and apps. My computers were not syncing data and he helped me figure out why. We solved it and I went ahead and bought a new iPad at Best Buy with their service agreement because the experience was so great. He listens well and is friendly and patient.”

“He cleaned up and rewired my classic Wurlitzer. The price was right and he did a great job.
Looking at the one star reviews here and noticing a clear theme - it’s a buncha recently-divorced dudes up in a tizzy about the poopoo customer service experience they got at BC Sound’s that time when they brought their Crosley suitcase turntable and Grado headphones in for tune ups.
For crap’s sake - buck up - if y’all need to get coddled and treated like a wittle baby then go to your mom’s house or chick-fil-a. (If you do pick the former, then tell her that “daddy” says “love ya, darlin” and that I’ll call her later this week).
Anyways, this dude knows his stuff. Sure, he might be eccentric or he may come off as rude, but who cares - he’ll do a great job and he backs up his work.
Recommended - five stars.

Bryant was knowledgeable and very helpful with giving me a great understanding of various products, their features, and the many types of plans T Mobile offers. I also recognized that his coworker that evening was extremely helpful with assisting myself and others as they entered the store. I am now talking to my wife and going to do an upgrade today.”
“Gemar made this experience, and if it weren't for him and the incredibly calm yet measurable effort he brought to my experience today, I would have walked out again. The manager of this location (man bun) was aloof when I arrived, consumed with a Google rep visit, so much so that he left me waiting without an idea of wait time, failing to check me in and/or show that he cared about those things, all while they openly talked casually on the floor in front of guests.
To most people, time is one of our most valuable things, and I don't like feeling like mine, or other people's is being wasted.
Gemar gave phenomenal service, WHILE HELPING ANOTHER COUPLE activate their devices at the same time. He let me know how new promotions or programs could help me, was knowledge about my account status without me having to explain anything and gave me reasonable options in my budget. It was one of the easiest transactions I've had, and I'm very grateful for his knowledge and overall communication.
As a director of HR, I know that customer service is fleeting, and I'm so delightfully impressed with his level of service and overall composure. He will have my business in the future, so long as he isn't working for my organization.”

“Chris is a wonderful Apple expert! He helped me work through a somewhat complicated request today and never made me feel like he was inconvenienced or frustrated (even though I took up so much of his time.) He answered all of my questions clearly and effectively, and made sure I received all of the discounts/benefits I qualified for with my purchase. He even managed to help some other customers while we were waiting for my stuff to load, which I appreciated!
Coming to the Apple Store can be a chaotic disaster-- as it has been for me in the past-- but Chris deserves all five stars. Thank you for your help!!”
“I believe this was one of the best Target stores that I have ever visited!! They had an exceptional grocery selection with many organic or non-ultraprocessed food choices. It also has an Ulta inside as well as a CVS drug store. I was able to do much of my shopping in one location or store. I really can't say enough good things about the grocery selection at this store. I was 150 miles from home, or I'd shop here weekly. Also, I thought the staff were very nice and helpful here. Thank you Target!”
