I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my 19-year-old cat, Goldie, received from Dr. Karla and her team. From the very first conversation, Dr. Karla was compassionate, patient, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question without rushing, and treated Goldie with such gentleness and respect.
Goldie required a dental procedure that felt overwhelming given her age, but Dr. Karla’s expertise and calm reassurance gave me complete confidence. The procedure went smoothly, and Goldie is already home, comfortable, and even eating — which speaks volumes about the quality of care she received.
What also truly stood out was how fair and reasonable the pricing was compared to other veterinary practices in the area. Exceptional care is often paired with overwhelming costs, but Dr. Karla provides top-tier, thoughtful veterinary medicine at a price that feels honest and accessible — which means so much to pet owners, especially those caring for senior animals.
Most of all, Dr. Karla truly listens. She understands how deeply we love our pets and treats them like the family members they are. I never once felt dismissed or brushed off — only supported and informed every step of the way.

She is very patient, listened to what we were saying, she is informative, explained clearly on whats happening and options we got. Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.

The standout for me has to be the guacamole, it is hands down the best I’ve ever had from a restaurant. It’s incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. I also tried the lengua and barbacoa tacos, which were both prepared perfectly, and the mole and carnitas are insanely good too. It’s rare to find a spot where every single dish is a win, but this restaurant totally nails it.

The huskies that are bred here are top notch dogs and, fortunately, they are sold at a very, very fair price. I traveled to Concord, NC from the Atlanta, GA area (280 miles) to visit this kennel and became convinced that this was where I wanted to purchase my pure-blood Siberian Husky. On that same day, I placed the $210 deposit on the puppy that I eventually brough home at his tender age of 8-weeks.
Keep up the fabuolous work Zeily, and you can rest assured that I will buy from you again.
