“Could not have asked for a better experience and let me tell you why... I did not buy anything and was treated like a king. I was on a mission while trying to find a specific color shoe lace as a purchase I made the day prior at another Vans store left me without a good option. The staff at the Concord Mills location went above and beyond for me to search high and low throughout their stockroom and even made some suggestions to where I could find what I was looking for. While no purchase was made at this location, I will most certainly be back to make a purchase in the future - Assuming they get Rowleys that I do not have!”

“The best experience I’ve ever had at one of their stores. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant, took his time with me yet was able to help others check out with their purchases. Seamless!
Now the older woman who appeared to be the manager was discourteous towards me and the gentleman helping me. I’m 100% totally disabled former Army officer and need to put custom orthotics into my shoes to make sure they fit and I can comfortably put my feet into the new shoes. My excellent sales person with the beard removed 3 pair of hot glued in factory insoles. As a result he sold me 3 pairs of shoes that night.
The next day I came back to return some socks I bought because I couldn’t even get my hand inside the sock. He recognized me, graciously took the bag of socks while I looked one more time for the right 4th pair of shoes. I brought them to the counter, requested he remove the factory insoles and the manager told him in no uncertain terms he was NOT to do that then turned to me and said I could do it when I got home.
I finished the transaction receiving the half off the 4th pair. And left happy camper.”

I've never heard of this store until I went to the mall, but I will definitely return. I was also able to get 25% additional off for signing up for the mobile notification.”

“Clean store. There is plenty to choose from and good versatility. The only downside was not having both shoes in each shoebox (we picked) to try on for proper fitting. They did not have associates on the floor. We had to go up to cashier for them to get the other.”
