Rick Burleson was very helpful and patient with us. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We made 2 trips down here from Hendersonville, NC to purchase our boat. The sales team did an outstanding job. Thank you Jill and Rick. They earned the 5 stars and plus for us!

“The staff at Concord Mills location was very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff went out of the way to help by checking the stock in back and found the size needed. Also help by telling me what’s a popular style for a 8 year old girl. One item wasn’t carried in the store, so they ordered it online and had it delivered at no charge. All this was done with a smile and a helpful attitude.”
“I stopped in at footlocker to get my son a couple of items and I found out that they have some great pre-holiday sales going on. Whitney was the sales associate that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable of the products they had in stock, she helped me select some really nice items. I also noticed some new Adidas colors that are not even in stock at the Adidas store, so don't sleep on footlocker for the latest styles and colors!”
