“Not sure if they read my initial review or if someone there realized they messed up and needed to do the right thing, but Brandy provided appropriate compensation for my trouble. She ordered the hitch and accessories for my SUV and schedule my appointment. Everything was installed yesterday. I have not used the hitch yet and not sure when I will so I hope it was done correctly. I have no reason to suspect it wasn't . All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. Thank you”
“My husband and I recently undertook the stressful and daunting task of hauling one of our beloved horses from NC to Lexington KY for a specialty neuro-surgical evaluation at a world-class facility there. We’d never hauled that far, so we prepared heavily at left at 3 am. Two hours into our trip we had DEF code trouble and had to turn around. I panicked because if we couldn’t figure out an alternate solution, we’d lose our appointment that we’d waited a month a for. John at Enterprise Truck in Raleigh met us as he unlocked the doors first thing in the morning, and immediately got on the phone to find something to haul our large trailer. He brainstormed with Justin, at the Durham location, and sent us straight there - knowing we were now on a major time crunch. Justin was warm and empathetic. He breezed through the admin process, discounted what he could (knowing our personal truck now suited a repair bill) and sent us on our way with a fully capable, brand new Ram 3500 dually - in record time. To John, Justin and Enterprise-Truck I’m sure they were just doing their jobs. To us, they literally SAVED THE DAY, and my horse. They reciprocated the same sense of urgency I know we were probably radiating, and were warm and kind from pick up, to drop off. I wish I could give 100 stars and I’ll recommend them time and time again.”

“They were quick to refill my propane tank when I went, and very nice. Can pay the guy with a credit card right at the propane refill station for a quicker turn around. Propane price was great ($3.50/gallon. A 20 pound tank for a grill is about 4.5 gallons, so around $16 plus tax). Their sign says they charge an additional $4.95 to purge your tank, which makes in much less of a good deal, but they didn’t charge me for that so I will definitely come back to refill again if they don’t charge me that extra every time.”

“Reserved 12’ truck. Truck is clean, I drove 500 miles without any concern. Truck backside shutter has lock holder. Easy to drive on any roads. 12’ truck has four wheels. Also reserved hand truck which made moving fast.”

Representatives Lauren and Allyssa went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, even after someone failed to return their rental on time. Their professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and we’re truly grateful. We also rent a storage unit at the Cornwallis location, and it’s always well-maintained. The property is clean, secure, and you can tell they genuinely care about their tenants. Highly recommend both locations!”
