AMC of Garner Veterinary Hospital
905 Heather Park Dr, GarnerI had to make one of the toughest decisions as a fur mom, to euthanize my fur baby Rocky. I had Rocky for 13 years and we had so many memories. They allowed me to show them videos and pictures if my baby over the years. The Team at AMC of Garner were so amazing and made this process a little less difficult. I just got a card from them and this means the world to me. I’m glad they saw my love I had for Rocky and they made sure my baby was at peace in his last final moments. Thanks Patience, Dr. Emily Wilcoh and Tori for being there for us in this process.

PO Box 54, GarnerDr. Lash is the best! I have used her for years and will never forget her level of caring and concern, her down-to-earth, practical sense, and seriously reduced stress on our pets that didn't have to get dragged into a bright, cold, strange vet's office.

Aardvark Animal Hospital
10547 Cleveland Road, GarnerWe love Aardvark animal hospital! They always are so friendly from the front desk, techs, doctors are all very knowledgeable! From assistance years ago from Dr.Feola for euthanasia he was very sympathetic and helpful to give me a proper goodbye.
We have been seeing Dr.Davis for my 2 babies Maggie & Lily, Dr.Davis is very thorough when making sure my girls are being well cared for! Lily was rescued and diagnosed with heartworms and treatment for her with their hospital has been excellent they love and take care of her like their own, I couldn’t ask for a more helpful and sympathetic vet office! So grateful for everyone there and everything they do! Have to give credit where it is due 😉

Dr. Aaron Wolff, Dr. Lindsay Dzombar
905 Heather Park Drive, GarnerSince moving to Garner and not wanting to drive to Raleigh every time we needed vet care for our babies, we searched for local vet care but found that chain providers were not as compassionate as private care. We established with AMC of Garner and cannot express enough how happy we are with the entire practice. Chase and Gizmo are very anxious boys, but they seem to be happy after their visits and feeling much better. The vets may recommend options for certain procedures but are not pushy at all.

Mulligans Arcade & Tavern
176 Bratton Dr, GarnerMulligans Arcade & Tavern has a lot going on in the space. It's a restaurant that also has an arcade, axe throwing, a golf simulator and gambling machines. My mom and I sat at the bar and both started off with a cider. For food it was the fried green tomatoes for me and the chicken salad sandwich with baked beans for my mom. I thought that the food was good but the tomatoes had too much pimento cheese on top of each one. I could see this spot being good for people watching at night.

Biscuitville
25 East Malibu Drive, GarnerMy family went to Biscuitville for the first time to see why it was voted “best fast food breakfast in the US” We were not disappointed. The sandwiches made from biscuits, made from scratch ( new every 15 minutes) were amazing. The restaurant was extremely clean and very friendly. Genesis, our server made the day special. There is plenty of parking for this very conveniently located business.

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q
5180 North Carolina 42 W, GarnerThis is the BEST BBQ IN TOWN. I went in there very hungry and left in a food coma. The portions are more than ample. The hush puppies were divine and plentiful. They were so good we couldn't leave them behind. They became POCKET PUPPIES. The service was impeccable and very attentive. The atmosphere was casual but clean. 1000/10 would recommend. RUN DON'T WALK TO SMITHFIELD'S. But maybe go for a walk after.

Clubhouse Restaurant Bar & Grill
51-A Technology Drive, GarnerCurrent: Late lunch today. Relaxing afternoon. I got the parmesan peppercorn shaved steak sandwich with potato salad. The shaved steak was flavorful and tender. Loved the ciabatta bread. The potato salad was simple and refreshing. My friend got the cheeseburger special with crinkle fries. The burger was cooked as ordered and very good. The fries were fresh and hot. Great service as usual. Only disappointment was I had no room for the pineapple coconut ice cream with macadamia cookie and caramel sauce. Previous: I have been twice thus far. Both of the times were for lunch. They have special menus for lunch in addition to their regular menu. The first time I got a pork plate with collards and fried squash. The pork was tender and I used their sauce which is vinegar based. The collards were seasoned well and the squash was crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. My friend got the soup bowl combo. The baked potato soup was rich and tasty and the grill cheese was toasty on the out side and melty cheese on the inside. Hannah was excellent. Update I went back with another friend still for lunch. We both got the rueben sandwiches me with the sweet potato fries and her regular fries. The dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries was like a sweet/spicy horseradish. The service that day was a little slow towards the end, but our server had a very large party besides us and was getting to everyone the best she could. She was just busy. Still excellent experience overall.
