Pet Grooming

Rebel Tails Pet Grooming
1901 NW Cary Pkwy #106, MorrisvilleI have been taking my two Cavpoos to Rebel Tails since I adopted them and I am very pleased. They have made sure to give them the best cut for them and per my request. Duke and Sadie are very relaxed after their service; I think it helps that the dogs are not kept in crates and when I picked them up yesterday they were both asleep on the floor.

1005 Lichtin Blvd, MorrisvilleThis is the best vet I’ve ever taken my dogs too. They don’t push anything on you that you don’t feel comfortable with. They are holistically minded and care about the pets and owners. I live 2.5-3 hours away from this office and still drive the distance to take my dogs here for major issues such as dental cleanings/extraction.

800 Walnut Woods Dr, MorrisvilleHillary was excellent to work with! She showered my pups with love and care while I was away. One of my pups gets anxious when we are away, and she's been a lifesaver in keeping me updated on his eating habits. She even managed to get him to eat at one point, which is a first with other sitters! We can't recommend her enough!

Empanadas and More
2107 Grace Park Dr, MorrisvilleI ran to my phone to write this review EVEN before I received my food order. Listen, I placed my order and just started walking around the restaurant and saw the SHELF OF KINDNESS and my ❤️ became instantly happy. I scanned the items and saw GOOD food selections and even diapers for baby! This made my heart smile! How thoughtful!!! I ordered the Supreme Rice Bowl with steak and it was a Chef’s kiss!!!! I also ordered the Natural Guava Juice, oh my gosh! So tasty! The menu excited me and I will definitely have to explore many more items. Happy that I chose this place for my lunch today. The young lady who took my order was kind!

Which Wich RDU Galleria
1550 Aviation Pkwy, MorrisvilleService was excellent. This is a cool spot to pick up food if you’re on the road. The bread for sandwiches isn’t wide enough to cover a basic size sandwich. I find that a key component when making sandwiches. It was tasty otherwise.

Mi Cancun Mexican Restaurant
9605 Chapel Hill Rd, MorrisvilleMi Cancun in Morrisville did not begin as my first choice. In fact, my final conscious thought before arrival was “Anywhere but Ajuma.” I had my heart set on a Mediterranean or H Mart food court adventure, but democracy, fickle as it is, failed me. A tie breaking coin flip sealed my fate, and I found myself stepping into the brightly colored, Mexican beach themed interior of Mi Cancun.
I wasn’t entirely unfamiliar. I’ve had the tacos at one of their Cary locations before. They were good and satisfying, but at the time they lacked the char and streetwise authenticity of the food truck tacos I often graze upon while loitering in gas station parking lots. Expectations, therefore, were measured.
To my pleasant surprise, there was no wait. Our party of twelve was seated promptly, an impressive feat for a busy Sunday lunchtime at such a popular spot. Iced water with lemon arrived quickly, and service continued to distinguish itself in thoughtful ways. Most notably, the staff graciously honored a friend’s customs by serving him warm water, an accommodation rarely offered at a Mexican restaurant. It was a small gesture, but one that spoke volumes about attentiveness and respect.
I briefly flirted with the idea of a 3.99 Sunday house margarita, but a combination of post church restraint and one dining companion’s previous night overindulgence thwarted my plans. Still, I drank with my eyes, gazing longingly at the machines behind the bar, churning luminous green and gold margaritas, promising a perfectly oxygenated blend of lime and agave bliss.
The menu at Mi Cancun is expansive, offering everything from tacos and burritos to fajitas, rice dishes, and an array of tempting sides. Acting on the recommendation of a particularly delightful and knowledgeable dining companion, I ordered the ACP, and I’m glad I did. The grilled chicken breast was cooked just right, juicy and well seasoned, far from dry. The rice leaned slightly salty, but paired with warm flour tortillas, the balance worked beautifully.
Another standout was the chips and salsa. Endless, generous, and thoughtfully executed with individual bowls of red salsa for each diner, allowing full customization and guilt free double dipping. I was already approaching fullness before the entrée even arrived, which is never a bad problem to have.
If there is one area for improvement, it would be the men’s restroom. One stall door refused to close completely, requiring one of my dining companions to stand guard like a vigilant sentinel gazelle at a watering hole, ever alert to approaching danger. Not ideal, but memorable nonetheless.
In the end, Mi Cancun delivers a solid, reliable dining experience. The lunch menu offers real value, around 11 dollars and some change with tax before tip, the flavors are satisfying, and the service is thoughtful. I would absolutely return, especially to finally indulge in those margaritas I was forced to admire from afar.
Mi Cancun may not have been my original destination, but it proved itself a worthy one.

Bad Daddy's Burger Bar
3300 Village Market Place, MorrisvilleNot only was the food amazing, but this was some of the best service we’ve ever had. We had a group of 42–yes 42–and it was a mixture of kids and adults coming after a hockey game. We called several hours in advance to several restaurants trying to see if anyone could accommodate and the staff at this Bad Daddy’s location confidently agreed to accommodate us after the boys’ hockey game. They sat us outside and were ready and waiting for us! The servers had our drinks to us almost as soon as they were ordered. Every server was so polite, patient, and full of smiles! With large groups, usually servers are exasperated (which I totally get) and orders can get messed up and it can be chaotic. Not here! Our orders came out all together, all correct, and SO DELICIOUS! The manager was wonderful and so friendly, we were all blown away by our experience. When back in the area, we will come back here for sure!
