The staff is very friendly and we return to a happy and well-cared-for dog. The policies are easy and unfussy, no extra add on fees for social time, longer stays include an exit bath. The staff will send pics upon request.

1050 North Main Street, Holly SpringsHolly Springs Veterinary Hospital has cared for both of my dogs, Whoopi and Nona, for the last five years, and I truly cannot say enough about the kind of people who work there.
During Nona’s recent illness, I was terrified and willing to pay basically anything if it meant getting answers. They easily could have taken advantage of that. They didn’t.
At one point, we were preparing to do about $1,000 in additional testing. After looking more closely at what we were dealing with, they told me they did not believe those tests would show us what we actually needed to see - so they didn’t do them. They could have charged me anyway. Instead, they were honest, ethical, and focused entirely on what was best for Nona.
When it became clear that she needed advanced imaging they didn’t have the technology to perform at their facility, they called veterinary hospitals throughout the Triangle trying to find me a reasonable option. They went far beyond simply handing me a referral and sending me on my way. They genuinely tried to help me navigate an incredibly difficult situation.
Ultimately, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my sweet Nona down. Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital did everything they reasonably could for her, and I will always be grateful for the compassion, knowledge, honesty, and humanity they showed both of us.
One thing I would strongly encourage other pet owners to do is read the fine print of their pet insurance policies very carefully. I had Nationwide Pet Insurance for years and paid approximately $15,000 in premiums while those premiums continued to increase. When Nona needed an MRI that was quoted at roughly $5,500 - $7,500, I learned that the benefit schedule on my older policy had never been updated to reflect current veterinary costs, and Nationwide was only willing to cover a fraction of the expense. That was an incredibly painful thing to discover when I finally needed the coverage I had been paying for all those years. Please make sure you understand not just what your policy says it covers, but what it will actually pay in today’s dollars.
None of that reflects on Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital. If anything, the experience made me appreciate them even more.
I will continue bringing Whoopi there for the rest of her life. They are an absolute godsend - kind, ethical, knowledgeable human beings who genuinely care about their patients and the people who love them. I could not recommend them more highly.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the funds for an emergency procedure, but the amazing team at Vetco went above and beyond to help us. They worked diligently to create an alternative plan that allowed our girl to be treated in-office the very next day; saving us thousands of dollars, and most importantly, saving her.
Every single staff member was incredible. Dr. Massey was so caring, patient, and thorough, making sure we fully understood every step. A very special thank you to Kevin, who was consistently reassuring and comforting through it all m. His knowledge and compassion truly stood out.
We’re beyond grateful to this team for their kindness, expertise, and dedication. They treated our girl like their own, and that is truly all we could ask for.

I was the first person there, and was immediately captured by the old school retro and artistic vibes. Everything was was so clean and streamlined, including the restroom.
I was expecting a small amount of Pretzel Bites, and was pleasantly surprised by how many were in the box, including the spicy beer cheese. These tasty treats were absolutely fabulous!🤩
The customer service was sterling and the staff were all quite friendly. I grabbed these to go, but I absolutely would come back to enjoy Game Night or Trivia Night. Definitely recommend stopping by for a visit.
