They have experience using different foods with their own pets, they remember which foods they’ve recommended to me previously, and are always empathetic to my/cats needs.
I have no issues trying different options because I know they carry only high quality products, and since I began shopping here I have stopped using Chewy for my cat food purchases. I feel so supported and always leave with a smile on my face. I am so grateful to this store and the wonderful people working here.

I couldn’t believe they had cow tails, pig snouts, cow ears, ox horns, etc. They have a large wall of toys, lots of dry and wet foods, and a bathing area that the sign said they offered I believe once a month for free. Their prices are also very good and reasonable! I was visiting out of state and picked up a handful of dried dog treats as my older dog LOVES pig/cow ears. Definitely a wonderful local business to check out whether you live in Raleigh or visiting!

She's been on several flavors of Pet Wants Food for a couple years now, and happily eats them all. Don't even get me started on her freeze dried salmon and freeze dried chicken heart addictions! The owners are knowledgeable and always happy to help with suggestions! Great store at the fairgrounds flea market, and it's always fun to stop by their booth at area events; I highly recommend!

She packed my shipment up immediately. It arrived three full days sooner than was projected.I wish I'd known the weight limit was 45 lbs on the medium size harnesses for my 75 lb dog, and it's something I normally would have caught but that's fine. Erin even helped me throw in an S-clip when I forgot it in the initial order.

Of course, over the many years Bella had her off days visiting Keeley, and yet she remained faithful and continued grooming Bella lovingly. Keeley knew Bella so very well, and she would give her advice, if she noticed Bella needed to see our veterinarian. After a thorough two-hour visit with Dr. Francis, I walked out with a comprehensive plan. Within just one week of following the new, strict diet, I saw significant positive changes in my dog's stool and activity level.
If you're dealing with food issues, allergies, or any other health concerns with your pet, I highly recommend Dr. Francis. She is incredibly patient and will work closely with you to create and adjust a plan until the problem is solved. She listens to your concerns and is truly phenomenal.

Their availability is also great - we’ve consistently been seen same-day when an issue crops up, even on weekends. Highly recommend!!

She asked about the place where we “rescued” our dog, and gave helpful advice about basic obedience as well as a plan for his vaccinations, etc.

We have older dogs that did not go through formal training and the difference is remarkable. The older dogs are blasé about commands, but the younger dog listens very well and gets better each time I work with her. It’s completely changed my attitude towards training in general and any future pups must have formal training. This is now non-negotiable in our house.

I'm always a little worried about leaving my two rabbits behind when I'm out of town, especially because one of my rabbits often needs to take medication, but Melissa and her team have always done such a great job giving me peace of mind by sending pictures and updates on the regular. They've always been incredibly flexible and accommodating to me and my schedule, and they just exude dedication. In fact, one time I hired All Critters Care to look after my rabbits while I was visiting family, and Melissa got into an accident and cracked a couple ribs, but she still went to my apartment to make sure my rabbit got her meds that night. I absolutely would have understood if she couldn't make it or had to have someone else come in, but she wanted to ensure that my rabbits weren't made nervous by a stranger, so she went in to care for them personally. I can't express enough how much I appreciate All Critters Care and the work they do, and I'm proud to be a customer of this lovely small business

We have one dog that is kind of skittish and one that can be a little aggressive. She quickly mastered both personalities and was able to provide great care for each which I’m sure was not easy! She sent pictures after each visit which put our minds and hearts at ease. She recognized other needs and , without being asked, brought in the mail and took the garbage to the curb. It’s so flavorful and moist, you won’t regret it. The family meals that serve 2-3 do serve closer to 3, so we were VERY happy with our leftovers. We will be coming back to try the other options!

My acai bowl was so fresh, so clean, so perfectly made, and loaded with toppings, yet SOMEHOW Whitney and Jill (pictured here) managed to completely overshadow the food with the level of customer service they provided. Both were incredibly welcoming, attentive, personable, and genuinely made the entire experience better from the second we walked in. This is the kind of customer service businesses wish they could train into people!
Give Whitney and Jill raises, bonuses, promotions, company cars, corner offices, whatever it takes. Protect them at all costs. 10/10 customer service and an easy five stars. Don't even waste your time with the competition.

I called her and she offered to bring Snowflake over so we can meet him and we ended up keeping him. She answered all my questions, was so patient and really worked with us so we can have him. He’s so well trained, sleeps through the night, has had 0 accidents and just follows me around everywhere I go. Not to mention that my kids are absolutely obsessed with him.
