“So glad I found this place. They're so great. And I really enjoy that they're focused specifically on film and supporting film photography. They've got a nice selection of used cameras that rotates a bit. Film developing, scanning, and printing services are top notch. But most importantly I really enjoy the personal approach that Tony and Cannon have. They'll stop everything and just talk with you about what you're looking to accomplish with photography, from beginner to professional. Did I mention they have a darkroom?! Because they do, and I just spent an afternoon there with my oldest kid having Tony teach them the ropes of film development and print enlargement. And, my favorite part, the gigantic film fridges that aren't stuck behind a counter so you can browse and explore and pick at your leisure.
All in all, Tony and Cannon are great people and supporters of the film photography world who run an excellent shop. I'm happy they're here and wish I had found them sooner!”

“I had to scan a multipage document and Fedex Kinkos was the first place I thought of. The process was seamless. The associate was very nice and helpful. It took all of 5 minutes to scan 30 plus pages. It was a little expensive, $.55 per page. Consider them for all your office needs.”

“I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”
“I visited this FedEx location on Saturday morning as well as yesterday morning. Each time I was greeted by the manager by the name of Lisa. She is very patient and professional. I appreciate her for taking the time to assist me with my large shipment and not making me feel rushed or flustered. I did not receive the same customer service at the Concord Parkway location. Not only was Lisa, welcoming and willing to help but her entire staff were equally friendly. If I have printing or shipping needs in the future, I will definitely drive to this location.

“I went into the UPS store and a gentleman that was behind the counter. Did a excellent job waiting on the customers. He knocked everybody out really fast and I came in his great service. This was at 349 Copperfield Blvd. store in Concord North Carolina. I was here on 12 April And the time that I was here is 10:30 in the morning and I just want to say I gave this guy 10 stars thank you.”

They are always willing to "try" to help me with whatever I am in need of but I am still out a desk and cabinet I prepaid for and didn't have the correct vehicle to take it home that day...then, COVID hit me and it was sold out from under me because it wasn't placed in the back with my name & sold on it! errrr”
“The guys who work for FedEx at this location were super helpful. They were utilizing a 3rd party to deliver our mattress which never got delivered because the driver is lazy. 3 times it got delayed because need get it on the truck but he said it was undeliverable. No signature needed for this package. FedEx customer support has no clue what they are doing and told us we could not go pick it up ourselves from the warehouse. That is a lie, they literally have a customer pick-up area. Anyways, I filled a complaint and the warehouse guys called me and told us we could pick it up. They were actually helpful.
The rest of FedEx is a joke.”
“Super helpful! Amazon didn’t notify me that a package required a signature so they left a note with here the package would be. Came by later that evening to pick it up and they were super helpful through it all. Strongly recommend if you need to drop off a package as well.”
